Fast and useful quote information, but am now being spammed twice a day by email and phone by one of the companies suggested.

I would recommend upon submitting a message to someone a automated message with your message and who you sent it to is sent to your inbox as well as the work you want carrying out and the price. That way as well as on the website you have piece of mind the message was received and have a record of who you contacted.

I have no problem with the initial quotes, what I do have a problem with is then getting calls from the various lenders over the next week. Personally I was just shopping around to compare prices before starting the process, so I felt it wasted both mine and the lenders time.

I made the mistake of registering on the weekend, so when they said "Here are your four quotes" all they recommended was themselves. Trying again on Monday morning worked a good deal better. A simple note saying "Quotes are not available on the weekend." would increase trust in their impartiality.

This is a de-cluttering exercise involving discharging at Polmaise waste treatment centre. For professionals, this involves a charge which the Council will only advise to the business, not to the initial client. Reallymoving.com Ltd have advised a price for the job, but not included the price of discharging at Polmaise. I hope they come back with an inclusive price.

Ok, do what they say - they dont spam you but some of the conveyancers email day after day!!!!! Not good reflection on reallymoving.

Way too many emails and calls from all of the vendors. Just give me prices and features I don’t need to talk to every surveying company in the UK.

Most of our users find this helps them get more detailed quotes, answer questions and choose a firm more quickly. Receive some removal quotes and phones. That part was fine so far. As a bonus, shortly after submitting my phone number, I received messages from 3 oriental beauties. All reported and blocked. Privacy?

Hi Jacek, When you submit the quote form on our site, you will have opted in to be contacted only by the companies you received quotes from. This is to get more information and follow up/personalise the quote. We do state this on the quote form and most of our users find this helpful in finalising a removals booking quickly. We do not share your information with anyone but the companies you received quotes from. We are not sure what you mean in your description of the people calling you. I received only one quote within 24 hours. The others came after 4 days but as all these wanted a list of removal items or to come and visit I did not get these quotes until 6 days after using your service - not exactly 'instant quotes'. I was however pleased with the first quote and accepted it.

Got 3 good quotes, but all were based in England and we wanted a local buyer in Wales. I quote got the wrong am ount for stamp duty. Found local solicitor myself and price was comparable to quotes.

Got 3 quotes, all seems reasonable, but on contact 1 of the quotes went up from approx £850 to £1,900! Feels like initial quote just click bait

Whilst we try and make our quotations as accurate as possible, particularly with conveyancing, some matters can be more complex than others and therefore, they can only be quoted on a case-by-case basis. There is a rarely a 'one size fits all' type approach with conveyancing, so whilst we will always ensure the quotes are as accurate as we can, once the conveyancer picks up the request, they may discover that more work is required than initially though, which can result in price increases. The quotes given are for illustrative purposes. Found a company to use (as not not used so can’t really rate) but gave a 3 due to there being a couple of good removal companies and at least 1 dodgy!

I asked for conveyancer recommendations. You gave me 3. Two were pricy compared with estate agent offerings ' in house'. Probably that's just reality. The inexpensive one had terrible Trustpilot rating.

Service was quick and companies contacted us and have made appointments to visit and quote. One company Freight Trans Removals made an appointment which they did not keep and made no contact with us to explain why.
