“The quotations were significantly increased just because i didn't live with the joint owner of the property. Adding an extra £240 just for having to add an extra email address to the correspondence when the intial quote was only in the region of £450 is ridiculous! Any additional postal work does not justify the significant hike in fees. Having used really moving on two previous occasions and been very impressed with the results, sadly this time i was disappointed with solicitors sneakily adding on ridiculous fees to their intial quotations.”

“The general service is pretty good and easy to use, however beware of the firms offering national coverage. If your after something local sometimes it can be hard to find as you get a bank of cheaper quotes from the national firms first. If your after price first its worth a look.”

“What I have learnt when obtaining a building survey is that you are more often required to obtain several further surveys to address specific issues - e.g. bricks, damp etc. A costly business.”

“We contacted all the removals firms listed by ''reallymoving'' and were able to secure a good spread of quotes and choose the company that best suited our needs. We have no complaints regarding any of the firms we contacted, all provided a prompt and professional quotation service. Pickfords were the most expensive. The on-line quotations seem much less accurate for larger properties with big gardens.”

Thank you for your comments. All partners are proactively vetted before we allow them to join our panel, and we continue to monitor them through their time with us. We have sent over your feedback to the conveyancer to see if we can resolve the issue.

“Generally good although often had to be prompted with phone calls before a flood of documents were sent. Great receiving documents via email. Tracker not regualrly updated which begs the question why is it used. Always spoken clearly and made us at ease with the process.”
