Unfortunately the firms we had available in your desired postcode are all firms who are based nationwide and work on an online basis and I understand why that doesn’t work for everyone and it is sometimes more beneficial to use a solicitor that has specific local knowledge. “Got calls from scam companies instead of real removers. Absolutely wouldn't use again.”

We’re sorry that you received too many responses from our partners. When you get quotes on our site it informs you that your details will be passed on to the firms who quoted you (but absolutely no one else). Most of our users find this helps them get more detailed quotes, answer questions and choose a firm more quickly. However, we can absolutely understand that getting multiple calls and emails can be overwhelming. We also do thoroughly vet all of the companies on our panel, so your details are only ever passed on to genuine companies that we work with. “Provided 2 names of removal companies both of which were fully booked What is the point of providing a removal date only to have companies that are not available on that date provided?”

You will only have received calls from up to 4 companies who you received quotes for, but we understand that receiving multiple phone calls can be frustrating. “Not good enough! 2 results!? A simple google search & my first call to that search beat your cheapest quote by £1000 (thats 35% cheaper) & all done quicker than signing up & waiting for return emails. So in a nutshell you done me no favours whatsoever other than waste valuable time, & near loose me money apposed to saving it!?”

“Inputted loads of details for quotes. They don't tell you on the website, you have to sign up first, then I got one "quote" emailed but it was just contact details for a company and no quote.”
