“Provided quite a lot of quotes but not the best value for money on the market, doing my own research I could find better options”

“If you are a person that would be happy to pay upfront in the full payment and then reply in good (blind) faith for the trader to deliver, then this is an ideal surveyor for you. Good Luck (you will need it). They blatantly refuse even confirm the date for inspection and timeframe for submission of survey report before the payment is made in full.”

“5* to TAMLYNS. I needed to get a building survey report done. Everyone was very professional. Jane kept me updated every step of the way. Robert Arnell did the survey. An extremely professional and thorough report was done. I would highly recommend this company. Well done all.”

“We only asked for a quote from one of the companies they recommended and got two from other, local companies. We chose Browns - the company recommended by reallymoving.com and we did not look back. They were superior in every way except for the cost which was very, very reasonable.”
