“I had a last minute survey done on a property I believed was fine and we were cash buyer rushing to move.My solicitor advised me to get a survey. I managed to get it done within a week of request. I was gobsmacked at the result, but relieved I had it done. The property was rising damp throughout the property? I immediately withdrew my offer and realised I was foolish to have nearly gone ahead without a survey? The property would have been a money pit.”

“We had already found a surveyor we were planning to use but I did a last-minute search to compare quotes and found reallymoving.com. The instant quotes made it really easy to see how much we could save by going with other providers and the reviews were really helpful. It was really easy to start a conversation with the providers and the prices were as quoted on the site. The company we went with conducted the survey and sent us their report within 10 days of my search for a quote, which was fantastic.”

“I used the site to get quotes for a Full Building survey and a Homebuyers Report for a house we are buying. The response was prompt i.e. the leads came within a day. Although some of the leads were agents/platforms who themselves have surveyors on their books, others were RICS qualified Surveyors, some of whom were reasonably local to us. The site is also helpful in providing reviews of surveyors from past clients. The surveyor we chose gave an excellent service. Overall, we saved about £250 sourcing as surveyor via this route. So we are very satisfied with the Really Moving service and highly recommend it.”
