If you are a person that would be happy to pay upfront in the full payment and then reply in good (blind) faith for the trader to deliver, then this is an ideal surveyor for you. Good Luck (you will need it). They blatantly refuse even confirm the date for inspection and timeframe for submission of survey report before the payment is made in full.
