“We only asked for a quote from one of the companies they recommended and got two from other, local companies. We chose Browns - the company recommended by reallymoving.com and we did not look back. They were superior in every way except for the cost which was very, very reasonable.”

Dear Simon Thanks for your comments which we were disappointed to read. As we understand it, the company cancelled their survey so they never gave you a firm estimate and no contracts had been signed. It is one of those difficult situations when a company is very busy. and in high demand.
