“A very smooth process. My order was dispatched and delivered right on time. The only issue was not being notified when the parcel had been delivered, but this is an issue with the delivery service rather than Rattle & Drum. Overall, very happy with the experience.”

“The item that I bought (J.N Guitars Cask Series Cigar Box Acoustic Guitar) was disappointing—poor design, poor build quality and over priced. And I would say that Rattle & Drum does not seem to be set up for ecommerce. My item took over three weeks to arrive and communication was poor. If you're thinking of buying online from these guys my advice would to approach with caution. Cheers.”
