“The Elixir Strings and D'Addario Feedback Suppressor were very competitively priced, however I have had to mark the rating down as there was a delay in the order being despatched to me and no update/reason for the delay had been provided prior to my email to question the whereabouts of my items.”

Hi Phil, Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. I'm sorry you experienced a delay in getting your items. Postal and Courier delays have mounted up since strike action and has created an accumulative backlog. There are more strikes planned but we have updated our procedures to try and ensure delays are minimised and where possible prior notice is given. Kind Regards Rattle & Drum

Hi Mark, Thankfully it looks like you finally got your items and we're sorry for the delay. The only reason you got a review request before the items is due to postal delays caused by striking. Postal and Courier delays have mounted up since strike action and has created an accumulative backlog. “Very clear information on website about the Remo Frame Drum I wanted. Had to be ordered in from Europe - as with all sellers - but postage from R&D was competitive and timely once they had the item. Also, response to my delivery date enquiry was quick, friendly and helpful.”

“Easy and friendly to deal with. I got an immediate response to my enquiry, and it was very helpful too. They also had what I wanted in stock, which was excellent because I'd been looking everywhere for an outsized hard case for a Flying-V bass. The price was good and delivery was next day. Altogether excellent!”
