“No problem with the service, but the oil I purchased (Nomad Tune It Oil) is expensive for the amount you get, this is not a criticism of Rattle and Drum as they were competitive but never the less the price for the drop of oil supplied is expensive. Also, the tracking system is so out of date, you have to download an app then it's not easy to use, I think I would use this company again but there is room for improvement.”

“Bought a pre owned Ayotte snare a week ago to go with my Ayotte kit, and a new case was thrown in for free. Snare was in excellent condition and has already been gigged and is, as I was hoping, excellent. Was good to get info on the history of the snare as well. Excellent service.”

Many thanks for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the shirt, I can assure you that we only source these from the manufacturer though, so if you're not happy with the quality it's definitely not because they're 'knock offs' but because the manufacturers are not using particularly good material. In terms of the lead time though, this was advertised as a 14 day delivery time as they are sent from the manufacturers warehouse to us, this was very clearly stated on the product page.
