“Possibly the best music shop in Britain. I use and have used many major music shops throughout Britain for drum supplies and there are some excellent, but Rattle and Drum is where I end up buying most often. Great stock, fantastic customer service from very knowledgeable and very likeable staff, and they often have the best prices - if not, they are at least as good as the competition. Being from within 45 minutes of the shop, it's nice that there's such a fantastic retailer locally that I can take my custom to.”

“Amazing experience. All staff were friendly and helpful as usual. I came unprepared, without a pick or tuner, but was able to borrow a pick, and all guitars I played were perfectly tuned to E standard. I made my purchase, and the staff member assisting me gave lots of advice, and made guitar-related conversation, which made me feel very comfortable and as though I was amongst people who understood what they were talking about. Overall pleasant experience. The guitar needed intonation and action adjusting, but no truss rod adjustment,(As staff had made me aware, and offered to do for me free of charge.) I was grateful for the offer, but personally prefer to do these things myself, so I was able to get the instrument up to par in under 40 minutes.”
