“I purchased a second-hand Ayotte drum kit from Rattle & Drum after stumbling across it in a web search. It fit almost exactly what I was looking for so I was very interested, but buying high end musical instruments sight unseen can be a bit worrysome. Not with Rattle & Drum, the kit is *exactly* as described -- they were transparent about a couple of blemishes and were confident it would fit my use case based on my description. I'm extremly happy with my purchase and will happily buy from them again.”

“Quick delivery and great service as usual from Rattle and Drum. Always a good selection of items in stock on the website and good communication once items are ordered. Also, as an added bonus, the stock item listing shows not only Rattle and Drum's stock level but the supplier's stock levels so at least if something is out of stock with Rattle and Drum, you know if they are going to be able to get hold of it quickly.”

“I bought an Lp Udu Utar and it arrived perfectly packed with lots of extra padding. The shipping time was slightly longer than other UK stores when buying other Lp Udu’s. But overall really pleased and I’d be happy to buy from Rattle and Drum again.”
