“I purchased this item from what I believed to be shop stock That's what was stated online. 2/3 days ... Not the case as when I chased order ,reply was it as coming from warehouse. Took a long time . Dissatisfied .”

“I have used rattle and drum to get my drum sticks from. I have always found Martin really friendly and helpful. When I have come down to derby to visit family I always call in to say hello. Martin has always been very welcoming when I have called in. After speaking to Martin on the phone I have since ordered my sticks online and the come on time very happy Thanks Martin for the help”

“I ordered 2 items that I thought were in stock. I know they say not to worry if you don't hear anything about delivery for a while, however having waited nearly 2 weeks (admittedly I wasn't in a hurry), I thought I'd chase up my order. Miraculously, the items had just come into stock that day and were dispatched with an apology. So not a problem really, it's just a matter of managing customer expectations.”
