“Whenever we are wanting percussion equipment we always check out Rattle and Drum website as they are usually one of the cheapest suppliers, items are received very quickly, well but not excessively packaged. Website is easy to use and shows stock levels, communications are prompt and clear. Great service and value from an independent retailer that should be supported.”

“Ordered items 7 weeks ago and still waiting. Was told they should only take a week or two. Every time I ring up they say they’re due any time but after 7 weeks, nothing!”

Hi, Sadly we can't help resolve this issue or improve our services or processes. We have no idea who you are or what you ordered and have no records of any of our orders being that overdue. We always try to be transparent with order times and be proactive in contacting customers on the rare occasions things are delayed.
