“Wide range of cymbals (and other products) to choose from, friendly and knowlegable staff members, Good prices on used and new cymbals; I shop there because I know i'm getting quality products at a very good price. Also, any advice I need, any questions I have, will be answered by the people who work there. Ever since I began to visit the store, I've never had an "I don't know", or any other vague answer.”

“Great customer service and the products were cheaper than other retailers. Arrived quickly after shipping with good comms from the company. Only criticism is longer than expected from order to shipping but that may just be my expectation management.”
