“The service was excellent and fast delivery,the bed itself is well made and strong enough,the mattress is a bit soft for me but it's perfect for a child or guest bed.I am impressed with the bed.”

“On 3rd August I ordered a grand corbel fire surround and on the 4th August was sent an email informing me it had been dispatched. I was very excited and was looking forward to having this very handsome feature in my home. After 3 weeks had passed I still hadn't received it and was confused and perplexed when another email was sent asking me to review my perchase. I would very much like to say how wonderful this grand corbel looks in my home and how very satisfied I am with the service I received. However sadly I am still waiting for the arrival of said item over a month later and despite speaking to Rapyal Stores in person the matter has yet to be resolved. Unfortunately for me I am minus £650 and have nothing to show for it. This is my first encounter with Rapyal Stores and I'm extremely disappointed.”

“Brilliant at the moment, not long had it but so far so good. I had one of those new foam-type mattresses from NECTAR that gave me backache and cost £485.00, a complete waste of money. In the end, it went to the dump after only a short period of use. It sunk at least six inches in the middle and I could not get out of bed. This one is heaven, no more backache at the moment as said it is new, and at half the price. Please, please do not buy a mattress from NECTAR you will a waste your money.”

“Faultless service from ordering to delivery. Had few questions re order but spoke to Becky in Customer Service who was brilliant. Was sceptical about ordering and expected really cheap mattress. Bed delivered next day, fab delivery guy, bed well packaged and in perfect condition. Couldn't have been more wrong re quality. Bed looks really expensive and mattress so so comfortable.”

“So pleased with my purchase. The bed base and headboard are of excellent quality and were delivered super quickly! Rapyal Stores kept me updated with a delivery time including a call from the driver on the morning of the delivery with an update. “at first I was doubtful full of the quality of my mattress because of the low price but after 8 months of use and been slept on i can safely say these guys make quality mattresses at unbelievable prices and assure you of being able to have any repairs needed to be done by them, i bought the regal orthopaedic as i have a bad back and it's been great i get to sleep all night now without waking up in pain thanks rapyal”

“Ordered and paid for a gas fire with a delivery time of around three weeks - happy so far. On delivery day, I get notification from my bank that I’ve received a credit for the full amount. Not a word from Rapyal that they couldn’t fulfill the order - no explanation, no apology, not a word from them since the refund.”

“Great service especially for my first time. Driver was extremely lovely and helpful even after driving hours from Leeds to Kent. Bed is great value for money and easy enough to set up by one person. Thank you!”

“They have a photo and description on their website showing a 1000 pocket DeLuxe beds mattress. They send out a cheap open coil mattress that's nothing like the one advertised. Avoid this dishonest and fraudulent seller and find a good one. I ordered from The Sleep Station to get the genuine article. The photos show no handles and a different pattern than that of their advertising.”

“Am so happy with this bed ! I pondered for months which one to get and this was the best value on all websites - and is a large single instead of a standard which is massive bonus , service was so quick and delivered in just 2 days !”

“Overall I'm happy with this product - it provides a really efficient way of providing a double bed when needed, but only generally having a single bed space. The Mattresses are not the best - but are good enough for guest use. I'm happy with the divan bases, but was a little annoyed I had to unscrew the folding legs to be able to remove the packaging protection to the bases - which seems a bit odd. Ultimately you get what you pay for, and I'm very happy that this was a really effective product for a guest room which can accommodate single or double use, and free up floor space.”

“Buying a bed has been a difficult task as there are so many bad reviews on nearly every site visited, This manufacturer is no exception and has a lot of negative reviews, people's expectations are so high and they seem to want the highest quality at the lowest price, in reality there are always trade offs to be made and to be fair the bed purchased is an okay middle of the range bed, it's not the best bed in the world, but it nice bed that does the job, It's for our grandaughter who lives with us, she's more than happy, so if she's happy with it, then so are we. Delivery- This was fast / good conversation Communication / this was good as we had a slight quiery regarding a quality issue with the bed and had a positive response to our email and quickly came to a resolution. So happy with the bed over all, mattress is nice, thick and looks comfortable,”

“The bed is exactly what I ordered. The delivery was a night mare first day never turned up saying I wasn't home but my mother was in because she is house bound .they phoned saying the buzzer entry wasn't working i tried to tell them I lived in a house so never got my bed Phone head office and explain what had happend and reschedule 2 days later it arrived”

“I ordered a king size Divan bed. Tried to fit the head board to it and found out there was only one fitting out of 4 in the head board to screw into. Phoned Raypal and I was given an email address and asked to take phot evidence as well. I dont this and no reply after 2 days, so I sent it again and now no reply for a week. Looks like I have some more chasing to get a headboard that attaches to my bed.”
