“Bed is good quality but not great. However not everything needs to be "great". Ordering and delivery was simple, easy, and all on time etc. One of the bed feet came broken, and rapyal replaced FOC which is good customer service. My only complaint is that they are not super communicative. I emailed about the broken foot for example, and even though they sent a replacement they didn't reply to my email so I had no idea u til it turned up. Despite this a good experience and would reccomend.”

“I had a bit of a disaster with my beds I ordered. It did get sorted in the end with the company giving me a good will gesture that I accepted. I would give them another chance as they were very helpful.”

“Happy enough with bed - I accidentally ordered a 3ft bed when I wanted 3ft 6" - The returns policy looked complicated and seemed like I would have to pay myself to return the item (even if I just wanted a replacement for more money), so I didn't bother and just kept the bed. I'll use a better company next time with a fair returns policy.”

“Mattress good quality but slightly bigger than the bed frame not easy getting the guess bed in an out headboard very cheaply made it also has a fault on the covering in the corner although pictures were taken upon delivery it was all wrapped in plastic so didn't see the fault until it was unwrapped Rapyal Stores I have no complaints about they did deliver the product on time hassle free”

“Bed is of good qualityBut few niggling points you sent me pads instead of what I ordered was casters.bottom bed was cracked.took ages to get plastic from bottom of frame..why put plastic under .metal..”

“Disappointed they sent the wrong mattress and I had to take time out of a busy schedule to arrange a return and refund they item they sent bore no resemblance to the one I purchased I would avoid purchasing from this company in future”

“We arranged a specific delivery day but it came early luckily we were at our new property that day. ! The delivery men were helpful and friendly, while the bed is comfy the headboard is very shoddily put together which is a shame , and the plastic bits to hold the base together is a joke”
