“Really impressed with my purchase! The bed looks absolutely stunning and has completely transformed the bedroom. It feels solid, luxurious and much more expensive than what I paid. The mattress is comfortable and supportive, and the whole process from ordering to delivery was straightforward. Very happy with the quality and service — 5 stars from me!”

“bsolutely delighted with my new bed! The quality is fantastic, it looks even better in person and feels really sturdy and well made. The mattress is super comfortable too. Delivery was smooth and everything arrived in perfect condition. Great value for money and I’d definitely recommend Ghost Beds to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable bed.”

““Delivery was on time but when it was opened it was torn and covered in grease. Not company's fault until it had been unwrapped you didn't see it Contacted Rapyal replaced it and took the other back But it states soft to medium but it's quite firm my uncle can't sleep on it as too firm he was left without mattress fits while for new one to come had sleep in sofa his in his 80's he was very put out but I don't really feel the company was bothered would he recommend this company No as it done nothing but stress to him they never even offered any compensation never replied to my messages they said they did but no emails came to me only 1 st one confirming order We do feel let down but it's just one them things”

“Paid an extra £190 for 4 drawers in base, but due to design of headboard can only use 2. Yet photo shows all 4 drawers open. Have contacted them, but no response!”

“Really pleased with the bed overall. It looks great, feels sturdy and is excellent value for money. There was a small issue with a missing headboard fitting, but this was sorted out. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend Rapyal Stores.”

“Despite the delivery driver being worn out at the end of the day having travelled hundreds of miles and delivered a whole large van of goods he was prepared take my bed up a flight of stairs ( all three parts with my help) . His English wasn’t good and he was late due to the size of his round but still obliging. The bed itself was a little difficult to assemble as the plastic clips that hold the two halves together were not easy to get to. It’s comfortable and I’m sleeping well. In all the communication from both the company and the delivery driver was excellent”
