Was really impressed with Rapyal. Not only was the website easy to navigate but when I had questions, the customer service was excellent. The price of my product was excellent compared to other sites for exactly the same product. Once product was received the delivery guys were lovely and considerate. My trundle bed was well made and good quality and mattresses very comfortable. One happy customer here.

Really really impressed with the quality of my excellent bed. More impressed however with the kindness and courtesy of your two delivery drivers. Wish I knew their names and you can maybe give them a well-deserved pay rise.

I’m so not satisfied with my mattress I requested the orthopedic not the opposite after sleeping on this for two days. It sunk on one side and stayed like that the quality is absolutely appalling. This didn’t even last a week I want a refund.

I recently bought a divan bed and my experience has been stellar: 1) I was impressed by the variety, speed and flexibility to customize. It makes a huge difference that this is a UK-based manufacturer!. 2) Delivery was quick, punctual and very professional ( the driver called me in advance to arrange slot, he was friendly and delivered the bed carefully) 3) Quality is good and bed looks sturdy. I have not tried it for a long period of time but so far so good. Overall, I would highly recommend and I am very impressed by this company.

Happy enough with bed - I accidentally ordered a 3ft bed when I wanted 3ft 6" - The returns policy looked complicated and seemed like I would have to pay myself to return the item (even if I just wanted a replacement for more money), so I didn't bother and just kept the bed. I'll use a better company next time with a fair returns policy.

Absolutely over the moon with our double divan bed, great quality and the delivery is so quick, delivery drivers were lovely and very friendly, this is the second bed we have brought from Rapyal stores in the last month, very happy indeed.

The delivery itself was excellent. The bed arrived just two days after ordering, which was impressive. The driver also called around 30 minutes before delivery to check someone was in, which I appreciated. The price was another positive. £252 for a large single bed with two drawers, including a mattress, is very good value. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The company sent me the wrong colour bed. I ordered silver, which is a light grey, but received steel, which is a much darker grey. This was their mistake. The reason this is a one star review is the customer service, or rather the complete lack of it. The website claims this is a family run business with friendly customer service available by phone, email, or in person, seven days a week, with UK based after sales support. My experience does not match these claims at all. The after sales phone option (option 3) simply rings out and then cuts off. I tried calling over a dozen times across two days. The only option that was ever answered was sales (option 1). I was advised to email help@rapyalstores.co.uk, which I did. After hearing nothing for several days, I called again and was told no email had been received. While still on the phone, I resent the same email and was told it had now come through. Since then, I have heard absolutely nothing. As a result, I am left with a boxed bed sitting in my office room, waiting for a response that never seems to come. There has been no acknowledgement of their mistake, no apology, and no offer to replace the bed, which is the bare minimum I would expect. Given the continued lack of response, I am now considering contacting the Furniture and Home Improvements Ombudsman (FHIO) and/or my credit card provider to pursue a full refund. Had they apologised and arranged an exchange, this would have been a four star review. Had the correct colour been delivered in the first place, it would have been five stars. Sadly, neither happened. After reading other reviews, it is clear I am not alone in experiencing poor customer service. I would urge others to think carefully before buying.

I ordered a Trudel bed with mattress on 2nd January 2026, delivered on 6th January 2026, but the main bed frame was missing. I have contacted the store several times by email and phone with no response. As the order has not been fulfilled and communication has been ignored, I am requesting cancellation and a full refund under UK consumer rights. I look forward to this being resolved urgently.
