“I bought a bed a week ago, when I received the bed with incomplete stuff, the bed I had ordered was supposed to be a black bed and they brought a cream one! I called to confirm this and the operator LIED that they had emailed me to ask for the pictures of the bed, WHY do I have to send pictures of a bed that was wrongly dispatched and they can look it up into their system ? This is the worst experience I’ve ever experienced with any company in the UK! Don’t buy from these guys! Total scam!”

“Ordered for next day delivery, had phone call saying couldn't deliver until the following day. Ordered faux leather bed, received suede effect. Covering underneath bed not properly attached/stapled to base. Delivery drivers, delivered bed and promptly left. Tried to email to inform of above.....No reply”

“Of the suppliers of fires these people really on the ball and provided updates and advice to protect the customer and ensure that the fire was correct, that the safety checks were carried out before the final step of shipping the goods. They were supportive and polite. Couldn't ask for better service.”

“Initial purchase item came damaged and could not be used. Contacted yourselves by phone to be told to send mail. After waiting for yoir response I had to wait for external supplier to pock up damaged item but they did not provide replacement until I contacted you on a couple of occasions to organise replacement. All taking time while you had my money and I had nothing.”
