“Arrived with broken draws, I have called company many time and emails. They don't answer the phone, rubbish after sales, would not recommend to any one do to the after care.”

“I ordered a king size Divan bed. Tried to fit the head board to it and found out there was only one fitting out of 4 in the head board to screw into. Phoned Raypal and I was given an email address and asked to take phot evidence as well. I dont this and no reply after 2 days, so I sent it again and now no reply for a week. Looks like I have some more chasing to get a headboard that attaches to my bed.”

“The delivery was on time. However there was no marking on the mattress to indicate it was the one I bought and upon trying it out, I've found it's definitely not as firm as one that I've slept on from this company before. It also does not look like the one photoed which makes me think I've received the wrong one. I've written emails to get it changed but nothing. Calls go the sales team who do nothing bit tell you to email and like I said, you hear nothing back. This company has good prices but non existent customer service.”

“After reading there review I ordered a FIRM mattress which sounded just like what I was after but when it was delivered it was just a cheap MEDIUM FIRM one which I would class as soft. Definitely not what I was expecting 😤”

“I have emailed twice to complain about the leg on the base and not had a response. One of thee legs is bent so doesnt sit in the hole properly”
