“The delivery was on time. However there was no marking on the mattress to indicate it was the one I bought and upon trying it out, I've found it's definitely not as firm as one that I've slept on from this company before. It also does not look like the one photoed which makes me think I've received the wrong one. I've written emails to get it changed but nothing. Calls go the sales team who do nothing bit tell you to email and like I said, you hear nothing back. This company has good prices but non existent customer service.”

“I am quite delighted with the two divan beds and mattresses recently delivered - the two delivery men very helpfully - carried everything up the outside staircase and into the room. One slider was missing from one of the beds as the plastic bag was split and it must have fallen out somewhere - however after a phone call to you resulted in a replacement arriving very quickly The only criticism is that one mattress is 10" deep and the other one (noticeably) only 9" deep - however I am accepting the delivery as complete and do not think it is necessary to change the mattress - these beds will only be used when some of my grandsons stay. In would finally say - the purchase is very good value.”

“Bed is of good qualityBut few niggling points you sent me pads instead of what I ordered was casters.bottom bed was cracked.took ages to get plastic from bottom of frame..why put plastic under .metal..”

“Speedy delivery and great value for money. The mattress is amazing. Nice and firm and extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a quick and cheap option than the high Street prices.”

“Steer clear of this company, they don’t care about their customers. Over a month of delay, they don’t bother to keep you informed. Arranged a delivery for Thursday, they didn’t turn up, and then re arranged and informed us it will be morning delivery but they didn’t turn up til 3.45pm(!) £1700 fireplace left on our driveway and they are not offering delivery to room of our choice! Steer clear of this despicable company. Their customers services are lax and lazy, appalling services.”

“Bought the kindle Nevada Plus fire to replace an older version of this fire. Got the fire at a great price and was delivered within 5 days. Great service fire not fitted as yet can't find a gas registered engineer at short notice to fit the fire.”

“At first I thought too light not going to do the job but how wrong was I … as long as you got a very good mattress too that bed base is brilliant it’s about mattress and base together that work well .. very good for money very happy”

“I ordered a bed and mattress through Rapyal. The bed arrived promptly. Although I was not at home for the delivery, the driver called me and agreed to leave it in an alternative/ safe place. The items are exactly what we envisaged. We are very pleased with both the product and service”

“I ordered a Broseley York electric stove online at £529. The order went through without any problems, however; the next day a salesperson spoke with my wife and said if we still wanted the fire we would have to pay a further £80 and the delivery would be about 10 days. My wife felt pressured into agreeing as it was intimated this would not be found cheaper elsewhere. I was able to find the same fire online from another seller for the same £529 price which was delivered in 3 days without any issue. When I cancelled the order Rapyal tried to tell me they were still the cheapest online and the price of the stove had been increased by the distributor. I contacted Broseley who denied this. I am reporting this incident to trading standards.”
