“The mattress seems good, but the reason I'm giving only two stars is because of the zero customer service available when I telephoned Rapyal. I have done a little research and it seems other customers have had the same issue. It is not acceptable, when a phone line is provided for contact, that there is nobody there to answer. I tried many times and all the optiions offered for different departments but no answer. About time you fixed this, Isn't it?”

“Ordered a king-size bed and I’m really pleased with it. The bed looks great once assembled and the headboard finishes it off perfectly. Good quality for the price and overall very happy with my purchase. Would happily recommend.””

“The products, customer service and delivery are 10 stars tbh. I ordered a bed last year and this year and honestly they were wonderful. I coincidentally ordered on bank holiday weekends both times but that didn't affect delivery and I am in the Highlands. There was a hiccup with delivery date it was meant to be the 34d of September which they hadn't notified AIT of but because I contacted them directly they sorted it personally and delivered it on the 3rd as promised. I love my bed and it's amazing value for money! Have recommended to friends”

“I was naturally cautious about ordering a bed online but I am very impressed. The delivery was the following day and I received a message confirming the delivery time. Then a further message from the driver. Well done. 👍😁”

“had a really positive experience with Rapyal and I’m very pleased with my purchase. The mattress is comfortable, supportive and feels like great quality for the price. Once unpacked and allowed to settle, it looked great and has been very comfortable to sleep on. There was a delivery issue initially, but the team helped get everything sorted and kept me updated. I appreciated having someone available to assist and make sure the order reached me. Buying larger items online can sometimes be stressful, so it was reassuring to have the matter resolved. Overall, I’m happy with the quality and value of the mattress and it has been a great addition to the bedroom. Based on the finished product and my overall experience, I would happily consider purchasing from Rapyal again in the future.”

“Ordering and delivery was perfect , very organised and straightforward. The bed however for me is too soft and squishy to be an orthopaedic bed as described, it already shows a seat depression where I’ve been sat on it , not the best quality or not as described would be my statement .”

“For once, I am happy with an order that’s been delivered here to my highland home. Delivered promptly, and the tdelivery driver even put it all in my hallway as I was away and it was roaming outside. The bed is assembled and looks like it does in the picture. Thanks.”
