“Mattress good quality but slightly bigger than the bed frame not easy getting the guess bed in an out headboard very cheaply made it also has a fault on the covering in the corner although pictures were taken upon delivery it was all wrapped in plastic so didn't see the fault until it was unwrapped Rapyal Stores I have no complaints about they did deliver the product on time hassle free”

“Don't know how Rapyal Stores are still in business! Fire never delivered in spite of order confirmations - no reply to my 2 following emails to chase up and impossible to get anyone on phone as they never pick up. HOPELESS!”

“I did not get the product I was expecting and after several attempts to contact them there were no response from Raphael Stores. Their customer service number is not working neither the messages sent in their website or WhatsApp messages are working. I need to resolve this problem and I don’t know how to get in contact with them…! Unfortunately I’m disappointed with that lack of support from them.”

“Straight forward purchase of gas fire BUT appalling delivery service from UPS Their tracking was way out and dellivery time were not adhered to.The very first delivery time showed I’d had leftvExeter at 09:28 We now know it was not in Exeter at that time!! Subsequent delivery tracking times were never adhered to over. 5 days!! Parcel finally appeared at01:00 on Friday 16 th August-The UPS driver only received the parcel for delivery at 9:00 that morning so where had it been for 5 days? UPS not recommended at all for future deliveries but their driver was helpful and cheerful”

“Just awful. Do not spend money with this company. The mattress they sent me looked nothing like the one on the website. I have tried to contact the company to get them to fix it: emails go unanswered, the phone number just goes straight to voicemail. Do not use this company.”

“Very pleased with fire, have just had it fitted and really pleased with it. Delivery was supposed to be 7-14 days and it arrived in 3 days and driver was very helpful. Couldn't be more happy with it. Thank you”

“My order was due on the 5th August. I am still waiting for the delivery. It’s now the 12th August. I have phoned the company 3 times and no one ever returns my call. Very poor customer service and totally unprofessional.”

“brought a gas fire they sent the wrong colour. then sent a scratched one.then we asked for money back but refused.and was very rude a woman name amy.making things up.i had to get my back of the bank dont shop here its a junk shop.”
