I bought a bed a week ago, when I received the bed with incomplete stuff, the bed I had ordered was supposed to be a black bed and they brought a cream one! I called to confirm this and the operator LIED that they had emailed me to ask for the pictures of the bed, WHY do I have to send pictures of a bed that was wrongly dispatched and they can look it up into their system ? This is the worst experience I’ve ever experienced with any company in the UK! Don’t buy from these guys! Total scam!

Ordered for next day delivery, had phone call saying couldn't deliver until the following day. Ordered faux leather bed, received suede effect. Covering underneath bed not properly attached/stapled to base. Delivery drivers, delivered bed and promptly left. Tried to email to inform of above.....No reply

On 3rd August I ordered a grand corbel fire surround and on the 4th August was sent an email informing me it had been dispatched. I was very excited and was looking forward to having this very handsome feature in my home. After 3 weeks had passed I still hadn't received it and was confused and perplexed when another email was sent asking me to review my perchase. I would very much like to say how wonderful this grand corbel looks in my home and how very satisfied I am with the service I received. However sadly I am still waiting for the arrival of said item over a month later and despite speaking to Rapyal Stores in person the matter has yet to be resolved. Unfortunately for me I am minus £650 and have nothing to show for it. This is my first encounter with Rapyal Stores and I'm extremely disappointed.

Ordered and paid for a gas fire with a delivery time of around three weeks - happy so far. On delivery day, I get notification from my bank that I’ve received a credit for the full amount. Not a word from Rapyal that they couldn’t fulfill the order - no explanation, no apology, not a word from them since the refund.

They have a photo and description on their website showing a 1000 pocket DeLuxe beds mattress. They send out a cheap open coil mattress that's nothing like the one advertised. Avoid this dishonest and fraudulent seller and find a good one. I ordered from The Sleep Station to get the genuine article. The photos show no handles and a different pattern than that of their advertising.

The bed is exactly what I ordered. The delivery was a night mare first day never turned up saying I wasn't home but my mother was in because she is house bound .they phoned saying the buzzer entry wasn't working i tried to tell them I lived in a house so never got my bed Phone head office and explain what had happend and reschedule 2 days later it arrived

Steer clear of this company, they don’t care about their customers. Over a month of delay, they don’t bother to keep you informed. Arranged a delivery for Thursday, they didn’t turn up, and then re arranged and informed us it will be morning delivery but they didn’t turn up til 3.45pm(!) £1700 fireplace left on our driveway and they are not offering delivery to room of our choice! Steer clear of this despicable company. Their customers services are lax and lazy, appalling services.

I ordered a Broseley York electric stove online at £529. The order went through without any problems, however; the next day a salesperson spoke with my wife and said if we still wanted the fire we would have to pay a further £80 and the delivery would be about 10 days. My wife felt pressured into agreeing as it was intimated this would not be found cheaper elsewhere. I was able to find the same fire online from another seller for the same £529 price which was delivered in 3 days without any issue. When I cancelled the order Rapyal tried to tell me they were still the cheapest online and the price of the stove had been increased by the distributor. I contacted Broseley who denied this. I am reporting this incident to trading standards.

I ordered and paid for a gas fire from Rapyal Stores and subsequently received an email saying that the gas fire had been dispatched. However, the following day, I received a phone call saying that the price shown on the website had been incorrect and demanding an additional payment of £85 or the order ( then in transit !) would be cancelled. This is contrary to consumer protection legislation and unacceptable. Rapyal cannot claim “errors and omissions excepted” to justify a post-purchase increase because once the order is placed and paid for, they are breaking their contract with me. Despite my justified protests I was told to make the additional payment or the order would have to be cancelled. After getting guidance on the legal position, I emailed Rapyal with this—that they were in breach of consumer legislation and the contract. Rapyal replied stating that requiring extra money is the same with every online retailer BUT Rapyal’s further demand for more money is something that I nor family nor friends have ever experienced with any other online purchase. Their website now shows a change of price—not the lower price shown at the time of placing my order after searching for the best price (as we all do). Rapyal’s price is NOW considerably more than can be found with other suppliers ..which is where I placed a new order and promptly delivered. Rapyal Stores is a very, very, poor company to deal with: BEWARE.

Made an order for fire place package. Couldn’t fulfill first order so this was amended by phone. Received no email confirmation of revised order that showed as costing less on the website. Made five communications - messages and calls requesting a breakdown of the revised order showing costs. Nothing received so far. Delivery was claimed to be 7-14 days. It’s now approaching a month. I had a call to say items should arrive to warehouse on 22nd. So I’m hoping for delivery soon after then. Dissatisfied with poor communication, lack of openness regarding costs and delayed delivery. Certainly wouldn’t use this company again. Service is unacceptable.

This is the worst company I have ever purchased from! I have spent over 4 months trying to get a replacement bed frame sent out to me while I had to sleep on a dipped bed which caused further damadge to my mattress and my back. I slept one night on my new bed and the steel frame had begin to bend. Then after a great struggle of back and forth emails and constant phone calls they finally agreed to send me a new bed frame. I had to pay for packaging and delivery of their own manufacturing fault. After I received my replacement bed frame the same frame had bent yet again after one nights sleep, the steel of the bed frame was made up of cheap and flimsy materials and caused me to once again unscrew and dissemble my whole bed. Then after a further more couple of MONTHS of constant deliberation and argument the company had told me that they don't do the previous bed frame anymore as it was no good and offered me a new frame which has only just come last week. So I need to wait and see if it holds out otherwise I will be back again on hold on the customer service waiting line. The customer service center is an absolute joke and offer no support and good luck if you have to deal with Rebecca. However there is one good employee who dealt with my case and kept me in the loop after I was constantly promised that my bed frame would come every week and his name was Aftab Hussain; very helpful and probably the only good thing about this company

Mattress is not comfy at all, and the springs are not good. Springs sound like they are popping and make alot of noise Not impressed

Do not buy from this store! I have had a terrible experience in my dealings with Rapyal Stores. I purchased an electric stove at the beginning of October and still waiting for delivery. Terrible customer service. Have not been able to speak to anyone for the last 2 days - phonelines ring several times and then go to voicemail. Very dissatisfied customer.

Sent wrong colour and fabric and after sales team just keep fobbing me off all I want is it collected and refunded or replaced for the correct one. Will never use this site again

Bought a dressing table which was supposed to be delivered in 3 days time but only arrived a month later, when it has finally arrived it was damaged, called customer service they asked me to send an email with pictures, they didn’t bother to reply so four days later I called again they said that they will get the manufacturer to get in touch to arrange for a replacement, almost two weeks later I still haven’t received any reply yet. I have made the purchase on 26th June and until today the 13th August This problem hasn’t been resolved. Very poor service, will never buy again from Rapyal stores nor will I recommend it.

rubbish. you can buy same item on amazon cheaper and just add your own led light as they are only stick on. stick you for extortionate delivery charges as well. be careful if you try to cancel an order as i found it impossible. ripped off big time. item £108 delivery £125. ??? and i am in uk stay away!!

Poor customer service. Over charged then ignored when trying to resolve. Phoned the helpline and they said didn't deal with that department. They gave me an email address and got no reply. I tried the online form and no reply from that. Received a call after 21 days after leaving this negative review and they offered a discount code for future purchases and asked me to remove this review. Sorry but still poor customer service so not changing the rating.
