I ordered a pair of shoes and colour chart for dyeing as well as a clutch bag. They arrived two days later, well boxed and packaged. The only problem was they sent a size 6 instead of a 3. I sent an email that same evening that they arrived and by 9.09am the following morning they replied back apologising and sent out the correct size that same day and the shoes arrived the following day. Also they sent a return bag for me to send the wrong size shoes back. I have also sent shoes and bag off to be dyed and I'm awaiting their return. So, so far I have been very pleased with the service.
