“Throughout the whole process R3 were professional and made me feel assured that they would do all they could to recover my data. From a few personal unsuccessful best efforts I wasn't confident but the R3 team were able to recover all of my data in a decent timeframe. The data was a build up of years worth of professional data so was happy with the costs as appose to losing the data. Definitely recommend the service from the R3 team.”

“recovered data from physically destroyed hard drive , really good , experienced services. It was my choice after recommendation my friend. It is only one thing -is expensive- but usually is not cheap . In my opinion is better pay once little bit more, and get you data back with high chance of recovering than paying someone without good experience and finally send to R3 to do the job ,and finally pay twice ! Stop wasting time looking for review , just contact r3”

? Many thanks for the review, It was unfortunate for you that just because a large company gives a cheap price does not mean they intend to deliver on it. Your SanDisk Extreme Pro was successfully recovered by R3 at the price quoted at the outset. Even though our competitor quoted a cheap data recovery price of £97 or £99 in reality the actual price asked is 3 times what we quote at the outset, in this case we quoted £149+vat as of mid 2016. “My external hard drive failed and I stupidly had no back-up, all my clients work, created over the past 18 months was potentially lost forever! In blind panic I called R3. One of the team calmly talked me through what had probably happened to the disc and proceeded to send a courier to collect my disc and then go on to retrieve ALL my files and send a replacement hard drive by courier. The lab is geared for handling hundreds of cases every month and capable of handling influxes of work dues to fire, flood or earthquakes ! Most cases can be handled within 24 hours of arrival, even for jobs which would have once taken a few weeks 10 years ago, however other cases that do take longer would have in the past been declared unrecoverable because of the time it would take. Hi Paul Your unbranded 8GB stick had a number of faults common to failed flash memory which fail. In reality NAND chips should be regarded as temporary data transfer devices rather than places to backup data to. That said we were able to complete the recovery 100% and just 105.4MB of Microsoft Documents sent by secure download. The price quoted at the outset can seem expensive relative to the few pound or even freebie memory stick value, but the time and resources of our engineering capabilities and safe / secure service is cost effective. Dear Andy We processed your case after explaining that it was a donor killer, I am sorry but your situation requires that multiple donors and rebuilds will be needed to stand a chance of recovering any data. We undertook the work the strip down of the donor and rebuilds of your drive on the understanding you paid for the parts. Unfortunately it was not successful. I am sorry you felt the need to leave a negative review, but you are welcome to visit the lab and inspect your drive in our cleanroom yourself. Hi Sam I am sorry we could not help in your case, there were two factors, failed heads and some platter damage and worse a relatively rare version of a Western Digital WD20EARX-00MMMB0 Although we have dozens of similar models in stock, the correct revision could only be found on eBay at the time it is was needed and the sellers had also realised it was a low production run version which will take time to come into the data recovery parts system. Many thanks for the review Martin It does help to identify situations where even the very best data recovery engineers and service can fall foul of a situation which is a truly terrible situation for you- Namely overwriting your business critical data and not backing up emails. I am sorry you did not recognise our attempts to assist and that our company did the work free of charge trying to help you. When speaking to the customer he was not fully sure whether or not he had written over the data on the internal hard drive. data seemed to be lost after upgrading to windows 10. we had told them that if they have accidently wrote over the old data then we may not be able to get it back so that they are aware but told them to send in for the free assessment anyway. A recovery was undertaken and it produced a quality of just 47.12% 12.7GB which was accepted. The client accepted the file list and paid the invoice and testing the data himself then complaining that the results were not good enough when we had already advised that it was a low quality result. Sadly we cannot help everyone and we are also distinctly saddened that even in our trying to help, only the negative aspect of the result is focused on. Dear Badr Your original contact was in Early 2015 and at that time we gave an accurate cost of recovery which we stuck to almost a year later in 2016. Your QNAP RAID 5 failed with 3.7TB of data due to 2 failed Disks. We were successful in recovering over 99% of the 3.7TB in perfect condition at the price quoted from the outset. “I run a small IT support company in London and I have had several clients who have needed professional data recovery. When I first approached R3 data recovery I had a portable hard drive that wouldn’t start up. I called up and spoke with Andy, who was extremely helpful. He went through all options and possible outcomes with me. He then arranged a courier to pick up the hard drive. A few days later I got an email with the file list everything that could be recovered and the recovery price, asking me if I would like to go ahead.
