“I love this company & have had a few bags from here, always very happy with my products. Ordered arrive the very next day, brilliant service. Unfortunately I am not at all happy with my latest bag. Ordered the Adley blush pink, so disappointed in the colour. It is more like a purple/brown than blush pink. I don't like the colour at all, unfortunately will not be able to return for different colour as I have my initials on it. So disappointed.”

“This is my 2nd order with pure luxuries, I have had my other bag and purse several years and they are still looking good and in good condition. I wanted a smaller bag to travel with and ordered a shoulder bag with personalisation. I am over the moon with it it looks fab and is just what I wanted. Its easy to order,and delivery was so quick .
