“Very happy with the phone bag I bought for my Granddaughter.I bought two colors ,she kept the navy blue and I returned the gold one.I did have trouble getting the label printed etc but the company representative,Dan was most helpful and between him and my daughter I got it done! Thank you pure luxuries,I will be back.”

I purchased the Keira black shoulder bag which looks well, has capacity to hold my essentials and is exactly what I was looking for. As it is a leather bag, it is very keenly priced. From placing my order to delivery, it only took three days and I was well informed of the package's whereabouts through tracking. “The bag was nothing like the photo you advertised and was very stiff and no inner lining, i also had my daughters name put on which cost an extra £5 and you can’t even see the name on the bag, very disappointed and had very good reviews on the other bags and belt I brought previously which I give 5 stars, won’t be buying from you again sorry 😞”

“Ordered a clutch bag in pomegranate colour but unfortunately this wasn't quite the shade I needed. Beautiful quality bag and tempted to keep it and would have if younger but don't think that I would get the use from it. No problem to return and money credited to my account as soon as they received it back. Brilliant service from Pure Luxuries.”

“I got what l order. The price was good. The delivery was perfectly on time, and very fast. I didn't need to return or a refund. I didn't have contact with customer service. It is the 2nd order and l am happy to keep having a look when l want a handbag. I haven't looked at other products yet.”
