“Good service and if the wallet had had the cartoon interior shown on the site i would have given five stars, i bought this to replace my existing wallet which has the cartoons so slightly disappointed by that.”

“Web description/pictures was incorrect so actual received item was looking different to expected. PL dealt with it very professionally and refunded immediately and free returns, so all ended well. Innocent mistake due to arriving stock being a little different to original marketing bumpf. Haven't had any issues in past and usually 5* throughout. Would use them again for sure.”

“I think you should clearly express the consignment will have to be signed for. I purposely gave my home address as the item would easily fit through the letterbox. Imagine my disappointment when I had to wait over 48 hours to catch my neighbour in to collect the package.”

“Website is easy to use, shows good images and descriptions. Product quality as expected. Our concern was with the carrier used to deliver the goods. Instructions not followed, no knock at the door to deliver item just left on doorstep in full view of passers-by. For this reason overall rating not able to be 'Very Good'”
