“The bag I ordered was not quite the shade I required so I returned it, but it was a beautiful bag, very soft leather and well made. The whole process from ordering to returning was very easy and any communication I had with the company during the process was dealt with very quickly. “Just received my Freer Tote bag today and its lovely. Really soft leather, lightweight and comfortable over the shoulder. Just a nice neat size. The wide flat straps sit well on the shoulder without any discomfort at all. Absolutely delighted with my purchase, excellent price too. Looks posh and expensive. “I bought a chestnut coloured backpack and it is beautiful. Leather just smells divine. The colour is a rich red/ brown and the size is perfect, plenty of space for my rubbish without being huge and unwieldy. Delivery was quick with good communication from seller.
