Purchased two Concka bags which I absolutely love. Quality and price are so good. Easy to order and when I returned a different bag it was easy to return and I received my refund as soon as it was received.

You can't put anything in the big pocket. You'll not be able to put the straps on and close it. Too short straps.

Just received my second bag ( cross body) and once again very pleased with fast service , I received it in 2 days, the bag is as described even better than I thought, good quality leather like the first one I bought. Highly recommend.

Bought a 'Terance' man's leather messenger bag. After a few uses of the bag the strap attachment failed and the metal attachment hit my husband in the eye. The bag was clearly defective however Pure Luxuries have only offered 15% off another bag when I contacted them about it. Disappointed as was initially pleased with it and it appeared to be good quality. Will not be using the 15% discount!

Terrible have in gold and rose gold and they tarnish like mad. Only worn each pair once and then haven’t been able to again due to terrible quality-they look awful.

The bag could be lovely but it just dosent stay shut even with minimal items inside. Its just not safe and secure enough for me. Such a shame bit easy to see why it is the price it is. I couldn't send it back as i had thrown the original packaging etc. I normally don't have a problem with your bags as i have 3 su h a shame wish i'd gone for the original one i'd looked at now with a zip.

Loved my new bag. I’m a leather junkie I’m afraid, having worked in a leather shop for over twenty years. The quality of these bags are lovely and they smell awesome.

I ordered a tan handbag, discounted half price. It arrived very quickly and to be honest it’s nothing special, I’m so glad I didn’t pay full price. I like the size and colour, but it doesn’t say “luxury “. I would have expected a nice brass tag with a logo, and brass studs on the base of the bag. I shall keep it but won’t buy on line again, you annoy beat actually seeing and feeling an item!

I'm really pleased with the bag but the strong smell of leather is so overpowering that I'm unable to use it unfortunately as an overnight bag which is what I had bought it for.

Very bad workmanship. Had my bag just 9 days with only limited use and the strap came away. Considering the original price of £70 for this item it's just unacceptable.

Paid for the order. No email confirmation. Money taken from my account. It was Only when I chased Pure luxuries to find out when I would receive my item I found out they were out of stock. I was refunded shortly after but very disappointed

Not impressed by the quality. The bag only lasted 4 uses in 3 months. The handle snapped whilst I was out.

I paid an extra £2 for my item to be specially gift wrapped and I received a bag and string to do it myself? I could have just used a bag I had myself in that case.

Hi, Thanks for the review and feedback. On our website it does refer to it as a gift bag. We are sorry that your expecting in the gift bag - due to parcel carries it would be very hard for this to be kept undamaged as it would mos likely come with defects due to couriers. Item was good quality and value for money but didn’t arrive in time for my husbands birthday. I hadn’t had any communication to say it had been shipped so emailed the company to ensure it was on it’s way. After no response I emailed again to receive an apology that it had been missed and not yet dispatched. I was assured it would be sent out as priority by next day delivery. It wasn’t so I had to email again to receive another apology that the warehouse hadn’t been able to get it ready for next day delivery. It finally arrived 1 week after the order was placed too late to be given as a birthday present. I was offered the opportunity to send it back when it finally arrived or to accept a small refund. I didn’t want the hassle of sending it back so accepted the small refund.
