“We as a family were very pleased with the customer care we received at a very difficult time having lost a brother it was him that had organised his wishes to use pure cremation no fuss and easy to deal with from the First Lady Michell who sorted everything great communication from every one the staff and a really nice lady that delivered his ashes to my house. We never used this type of funeral before but I definitely think it's much better than the conventional type.well done and thank you all jim Jerry Richie”

“Thank you very much indeed Pure Cremation for looking after my husband after he recently passed away in June 2026. You did exactly what you said you would do every step of the way, from collection to return of his ashes. I was kept informed at every stage which was excellent.”

“Prue cremation are very good and the staff have very good stranded and are very understand and polite at the time my dad passed and the care the my dad was good wen my dad came back home the member of staff who handed him over to me was very courteous thank you”

“Both my parents chose pure cremations, the conversations I had with them were a kindly experience. Our families who couldn't attend found an alternative wat to get together and put some kind of closure to our loss. Jehovah longs to bring people who have died back to life. A man of faith named Job was confident that God would not forget him when he died. He said to God: “You will call, and I will answer you. Job 14:13-15”

“The team at pure cremations were amazing, right from the start to finish. They were helpful at all times and we never felt rushed. We are mosst graetfull for all thier help just taking time to recover now, and this way of doing things took so much of the worry away from our father at this time.”

“From notification of her passing, to collection of my Mother and then through the committal process and return of Mum's Ashes, I found Pure Cremation professional, helpful, thoughtful and considerate through the whole process. Losing a loved one is always a deeply emotional time, but the team at Pure Cremation made the experience as manageable as it could be. They guided me and kept me informed through this challenging period and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.”

“Very professional service that went smoothly without any hitches or fuss. I was kept well informed as to timescales and the people I spoke to were sympathetic and caring, from on the phone to the delivery driver. When it is my time I will go down the same route and will set up a plan shortly - hopefully not to be used for a while!”

“I highly recommend using Pure Cremation. Our experience with them was nothing but positive from start to finish; from the kindness and support right at the beginning of the process after my lovely Dad died, to the very end - they were incredible. Everything ran completely smoothly and my family and I felt supported and looked after, which is exactly what is needed when experiencing such sadness and loss. “A very sad situation was made a whole lot easier by the whole team who i spoke to. From the first phone call everyone was so respectful & empathetic. Nothing felt rushed. The guy I spoke to , named Matthew Foy about my father's passing explained everything clearly on how things would be done. It was my father's wishes to have a pure cremation . It did feel very strange not attending a proper funeral ...but a very sad occasion was handled very well indeed ...and my father was brought home by a very nice chap named Rik. Nothing was rushed, and he answered all my questions . He was very respectful with both my father & us. The only thing I wish I had been told was thst I could of attended the crematorium if I had wanted to ...but apart from that.... i would most definitely recommend Pure Cremations if you want a fuss free yet empathetic cremation.”

“My mum paid for her cremation and very soon after sadly died. They have been totally amazing. Communication excellent and so kind and professional. I have recommended you to many friends. Even down to the delivery of Mum’s ashes so impressed with the care and service. Many thanks for this at a difficult time.”

“Nathan at Pure Cremation organised my husband’s cremation. He was clear, polite and professional and confirmed all of the details with empathy. Everything took place exactly as Nathan described, and I was kept updated throughout the process. My husband’s ashes were returned to me by Christine, a lovely lady who called to advise her arrival time. Once again, Christine was empathetic, courteous and professional, and stayed for a chat after handing over the ashes. I would recommend Pure Cremation to everyone, as they made a traumatic time much more bearable.”
