“As sad as it is I am having to write a review in the first place, I can not fault any aspect of the care compassion and empathy shown by the Team who dealt with my late husbands funeral. I was kept up to date every step of the way and all the staff were so kind and caring.”

“The whole process was smooth and without drama. The resultant ashes were delivered to our home by a member of Pure Cremation staff with due courtesy and respect. We will celebrate the life of my dear sister in due course without the trauma of a conventional funeral . I know she would approve .”

“My 91 year old auntie informed me of her final wishes, which included what to do when she departs this Earthly plane. She had done her research prior to my meeting with her, and she had selected Pure Cremation for her cremation services. A year later we sadly said our goodbyes, and as requested Pure Cremation was contacted to make necessary arramgements. I flew to England upon her passing and in a few days all the necessary arranegments were in place. The representatives I spoke with were kind and very well spoken, considering the nature of the conversation. All arrangements have been completed and on behalf of my auntie I can say that she/we are very happy with Pure Cremation.”

“I was hesitant to begin with but mum and I had discussed so I knew this was her wishes. From the first phone call through to the return of her ashes I felt understood. I was kept informed at every stage and nothing was too much trouble. Very urteous and professional”

“I would highly recommend pure cremation .my inlaws had both taken out a pure cremation plan earlier this year. We sadly lost my father inlaw in June .from the start pure cremation were friendly and sympathetic they explained what would happen and kept in touch with us at every step .the lady who delivered the ash to us was amazing very kind and made a sad and difficult time easier. Thank you”

“Pure Cremation have just cremated my Dad with them the whole process was sooo easy to do I had a great guy called Matthew who helpped me through the sadness having to do the arragements . and the Urns and sacks was returned to me from another he also showed soo much care”
