“My parents and I took out Pure Cremation plans after careful consideration several years ago. My beloved father passed a month ago and I had some trepidation over whether I might regret the decision that we had made. None was warranted as the Pure Cremation process and service was exceptional and made such a difficult time more bearable. All staff were highly professional, compassionate and efficient. Each step of the process was clearly outlined, options were given and choices carried out. Everything happened seamlessly in the sequence outlined, providing so much comfort. I am so pleased that we chose Pure Cremation and grateful for the superb service provided.”

“Must say that after making my first call after my partner passed away all went smooth. It took a month before ashes were returned but that was due to hospital who had a big fire. Home coming of her ashes was peacefull and full of understanding. Thank you.”

“Pure Crematiom were nothing but exceptional through out the whole process. I must admit to being skeptical when my Dad arranged it for himself, but I have been converted. The process was simple and straight forward from day one, every body I spoke to was so kind, empathetic and just quite frankly amazing! The lady I spoke with on the night my father passed, basically wrapped me up in a virtual hug and guided me throughout the extremely emotional and difficult call. Any questions I’ve had during it all have been answered promptly and they have gone above and beyond to cater for our needs I honestly cannot praise the whole team enough and as a family, we would like to thank you for the great care and respect you showed my Dad”

“Pure cremation are second to none I can not fault pure cremation at all they are caring kind and considerate, they keep you informed and explain everything clearly and in a away of understanding, they are compassionate when returning the ashes and I could not thank them enough from start to when returning the ashes on my dads journey after he had passed. Now I have experienced pure cremation for the first time i am more than likely using the same company for when it's my time to pass, the staff are really friendly and work to a very high standard”
