“Pure cremation dealt with my moms passing. She was in a hospice her last 2 days but from start to finish the communication and empathy from this company was outstanding. Couldn't find any fault from price to hand delivery of ashes. My dad has a plan too and the relief knowing it all runs smoothly at such and emotional and tragic time is one less worry. Thank you for treating mom with dignity and keeping us informed every step off the way back home.”

“I cannot recommend Pure Cremation highly enough. From start to finish, they were absolutely excellent. The entire process was handled with genuine compassion and understanding, which meant everything during such a painful time. What really stood out was how they kept me informed throughout every step. I never felt left in the dark or uncertain about what was happening. When my mum's ashes were ready, they communicated clearly about the delivery, and everything arrived exactly as promised.
