“Pure Cremation looked after my step mother after she died. It was her choice to use them and her choice to have no fuss. They looked after her exectly as she had expressed. Their care and compassion was admirable and nothing was too much trouble. The service they offer is thoughtful and sensitive and everyone I spoke to was very kind. The delivery of her ashes was carried out with the gravitas and thought appropriate to the occasion - I am very grateful to them.”

“We respected my Dads wishes for a pure cremation, and the whole process is absolutely worth a review. The lady who took my phone call was lovely, he name is Tracey, and she was so sensitive and compassionate towards me in the situation, and gave me time to gather myself when speaking got difficult. She explained the process amazingly and also sent emails to cover. We were kept up to date as a family along every step of the way. When my Dad came home, the gent who drove him again was so lovely and compassionate towards my Mother. Overall, an amazing service which I cannot fault. Thank you!”

“Five Stars from me. Excellent, caring, emphathy from all the staff who dealt with my mum's death and subsequent cremation. Ashes delivered to my door, yes that was upsetting but the young lady was very kind. Every aspect of their process was explained. They collected mum from her care home with 2 hours of my first call, and they were very efficient throughout. Thank you for making a sad situation bearable.”

“At the saddest time I was treated with care and concern never rushed and nothing was ever to much trouble my father was treated with care and respect and presented in a beautiful tub and carrier when he was brought back home to me by a lovely lady from pure cremation”

“My husband signed up for Pure Cremation a few years ago as his wishes were to have a hassle free departure from life .It was exactly as he would have wished and I found the procedure very professional and caring from the first contact on his death to delivery of his ash s .I would certainly recommend this company Thank you J.
