“The service we received from Pure Cremation made what was a difficult time for the family easier to bear . Their professionalism and care and attention to detail helped our family cope after my husbands sudden passing . We felt valued throughout the process and would fully recommend them and have done so to many friends and colleagues. .”

“Having never gone through anything like this before, I wasn’t sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised how simple Pure Cremation makes the process. Essentially, everything is taken care of in a telephone conversation where you answer a series of questions and then they update you as each step is completed along the way. Pure Cremation takes away a lot of the logistical related stress in the situation of losing a loved one, giving you time to deal with your own emotions while they take care of things. They act in a very caring and professional manner throughout and keep you informed throughout.”

“I called as my Father had passed away and he had requested a straight cremation. He didn't want the family sitting in a church crying over him but instead wanted us to greave in private in our own way. The team were very helpful and considerate especially the gentleman the returned my fathers ashes to my mother. She has advised me that when it is her turn she would like the same service and then I will have both their ashes.”

“At a very difficult time it was re-assuring to know that the team at Pure Cremation were there to help. They took charge of everything and in such a caring way. All references to my husband were done in a very respecful way. You never want to be in this situation but if you are it is comforting to know that your loved one is being cared for with professionalism and respect.”
