“This was a slightly complicated service, as my mother had donated her remains to medical science so we were asked to use a local funeral director to take care of her until the University's FD collected her, and after they had finished another funeral director got involved for reasons of their contract with the University, But that was sorted out between Pure Cremation and so thanks to that we did not have to pay a 3rd set of charges. As to Pure Cremation itself, everything was handled very professionally and all the people we poke to / dealt with were excellent. Thank you.”

“Pure Cremation was the right decision for me following the death of my sister. We were treated with respect and I was kept informed throughout her whole journey. There were no hidden costs and everything was explained fully and all my questions answered. I would like to thank all the members of the team that I spoke to 🦋🙏”

“When my Mum informed us she had prepaid for a cremation certificate I was unsure how the process would go. However Pure Cremation still were able to make this feel like a very personal and comforting process. All steps were carefully explained, we were assigned an agent, John, who handled the application from start to finish and it all went exactly as advised it would do. The final delivery was very smooth and easy to track.”

“Our family are very pleased with the service from pure cremations from start to finish. We felt we we're kept updated with what was happening and when throughout the process. Everyone we were in contact with was very professional to the very last day when they brought the ashes to our home. Even on entering our house we felt there was respect to our loved one.”

“Call here as my dad passed away suddenly, the staff where gentle, respectful and tender. This is the type of cremation that my dad wanted and the communication and service was perfect. Thank you for looking after my dad in every way you could from coming to the house to delivering his ashes.”

“My mother purchased a plan and when the time came I cannot rate the process from start to finish highly enough. Michelle was just wonderful, she talked me through everything and was on hand for any questions I had. All communications were respectful, kind and genuine. This was essential due to the circumstances and I am very grateful for that. Her ashes were hand delivered by such a nice member of the team, again he took the time to explain everything and was really kind. My mum had her wishes and we are arranging a get together with all who knew her, later on in the year. Thank you for making a difficult and challenging process much easier for me.”

“This company was nothing but helpful and explained everything that would happen. I got phone calls to keep me updated when things were happening. I think how they wrote to us in emails was very respectful to my mum who had passed away as they spoke about her by name and said how it was a privilege for them to look after her. Can't fault them at all and they delivered the ashes by hand and my dad said the man delivering was really friendly and nice and he came in and gave the dogs a fuss which is a big win in my dads eyes. Thank you for making a sad and stressful time so much easier.”
