“Excellent service from the start kept well informed about the process step by step . However was a little disappointed when our loved ones ashes were returned the driver just seemed to want a signature quickly and move on . I asked how to open the container and was advised there's normally instructions in the bag but appears we've run out ! Not want I wanted to hear . Going on the rest of the professional service not sure this gentleman has the correct rapour to be doing such a delicate part of your service . This is not a complaint it's just to hilight maybe a little added training maybe necessary when being asked how to deal with a loved ones ashes .”

“From beginning to the end Pure Cremation provided a most professional and also friendly service. I was kept up to date with everything that was happening and the lady who brought Dad’s ashes was very respectful and kind. I have nothing negative to say about Pure Cremation and I will be thinking of them when I need to go through all this again for my Mum who is 91 with dementia yet somehow still getting through each day.”

“From the first phone call to set up the value for money cremation right though to the ashes being delivered, the process was pure and simple with Pure Cremation staff keepinging you infomed with regular communications by e-mail and phone. For my fahther who passed away and my family who wanted a simple and cost effective cremation process the service provided was just right. So thank you Pure Cremation.”

“In a word awful. I'm afraid that I have nothing to commend this company. Every interaction was conducted as a business transaction. There was no thought, no empathy, no condolences, appalling. My first contact was a voice mail saying call us back, it didn't say please accept our condolences, please call back when you can accpeting that this is a difficult time. When I then spoke with the operative, after 15 mins of going through forms I reminded him that it would have been nice if had offered condolences at the start of the call. It's not even done as part of a script. All other contact was the same, shamefully poor and shows no respect at all for relatives greiving. If you are considering using this company, please don't.”

“Both myself and my husband chose purecremation, as we didn't want a fuss, and wanted it seen to so our children wouldn't have to , little did I realise it would be needed too soon , but they were so empathetic and did everything they said they would do, I had nothing to worry about, which at the time I couldn't have dealt with , so pleased we chose them and didn't put it off ,💙”

“Pure Cremation are very efficient in what is always going to be difficult circumstances. I felt secure with what was going on with my late husband. It's not easy to let go of the control of these things but I found they were helpful and friendly which helps. Ashes were returned respectfully and in a suitable container. I would use their services again for sure”

“Everything started really well and was so smooth given that we had to call and arrange everything on the day of the death. Communication was good during the process but sadly I had to chase for details of the timings for the return of the ashes which left us feeling a little disappointed.”

“Pure Cremation is the most wonderful company to take care of your loved one. I lost my so loved husband and they were wonderful and full of compassion from the first day i got in touch with them, during all the period from the moment they picked up my dear huband until they returned his ashes at home. During all this period i was updated of what was happening all the time with very comforting words.”
