“Excellent service from start to finish. At the hardest of times it was so nice to be dealt with not only efficiently but compassionately throughout the whole process. Thank you to everyone involved in taking care of Mum.”

“The team at Pure Cremation were excellent from the start. They arranged pick up from my mums care home and were so understanding when there was a delay with the medical examiner and registrar. And when they brought mum home they were genuinely caring. Thank you.”

“I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to everyone involved in my mums Cremation.The care and compassion shown to me during such a difficult time meant more then i can put into words . Lynsey was the first person I spoke to at Pure Cremation and she was so kind , supportive and understanding when I needed it most . Julia the customer care advisor looked after all the arrangements for my mum and was incredibly caring and supportive throughout. A special thank you to Max who returned my mums ashes to me , I was terribly upset that day and max was truly incredible. I could not have wished for a kinder or more compassionate person to bring my mum home . Thank you max for all your support it meant so much to me . I will always be grateful for the kindness and respect shown to me and my family and I would highly recommend Pure Cremation to anyone in need of their service .”

“Good service for those for whom a public gathering is too traumatic. Straightforward process to set up a contract over the phone, handled with compassion. Timely, clear communication at most stages, from kindly and patient staff. However, please pay equally close attention to the communications and the process surrounding the return of loved ones' ashes: it goes without saying that this carries huge emotional weight for some bereaved relatives.”

“I can't recommend Pure Cremation enough. Thank you for caring for my brother. The whole process was dealt with in a very sensitive and professional manner. From my initial phone call to the day my brother's ashes were brought home, was completely stress free for me. The urn is really lovely and I also received additional pouches for the family. The lady who brought my brother home was so kind and understanding. Many thanks to all involved.”

“Helpful and Caring From the first phone call the people I spoke to via phone were great. Constant communication and put me at ease about my mum. When the ashes were delivered back to me the person delivering them wanted to come into the house, which I wasn’t prepared for, so maybe make people aware that the person delivering needs to enter the property.”
