“Everything went according to plan, the staff were very helpful and informative. A little surprised we did not receive any confirmation that the cremation had taken place and my father's ashes had been scattered. I would have given 5 stars.”

“We used pure for my brother they kept us informed from day one and where very helpful and returned the ashes pretty quickly after seeing the services they offer myself and the rest of my family wil without hesitation using them . Would highly recommend”

“Both my father & mother purchased a Pure Cremation plan, they didn't want their funerals to cost thousands of pounds. Initially I was a little surprised as they were from a generation that a traditional funeral was the done thing, but I'm so glad they did. My father passed away and shortly after my mother also passed, the whole process from start to finish was dignified and so easy with Pure Cremation, one phone call and everything was sorted out, every step was explained and it really was so very easy and not the least bit stressful. My fathers/ mothers ashes were delivered on an agreed date and time. As my parents had the Pure Cremation plan I didnt have the stress of planning funerals,booking a church/crematorium, celebrant etc..with the added anxiety and dread of attending their funerals. I was so very grateful to my father & mother for organising the Pure Cremation plans, I still grieve their loss and miss them beyond words.”

“I loved the respect they showed my dad, sorting everything out for him . It left me with nothing to worry about. It is the way I would like to be dealt with when my time comes. No fuss, no worry, very very reasonable price , I couldn't ask for more. The delivery of ashes to my front door from a very respectful and helpful man explaining how to access the ashes when we go to scatter them in dads memory was such a useful piece of information, and allowed the wider family to join with us to celebrate a life lived to the full. He would have loved it. Thank you so much .”

“Pure cremation was a very lovely and informative team. They were very respectable of our relative and took great care of him from the time he was in their care to the time he came home. When my relative was coming home I was informed the whole time with dates at times and was hand delivered by one of your lovely team and even then he was treated with the most up right respect upon hand over.”

“Pure cremation were fantastic, this is something my mother had chosen, I was skeptical at first but the service they gave was amazing. There were some issues with the hospital and Pure Cremation dealt with this professionally, courteously and respectfully, sorting the hospitals (I will Irritate NOT Pure Cremations issue) on their behalf. Every phone call was full of compassion and understanding. Definitely something I would recommend for those who just want a quiet end.”

“They supported me arranging my brother-in-laws arrangement with understanding and respect step by step inflammation couldn't of used a better arrangement he was brought back home to us by personal courries there the most understanding company and help with anything you do not understand constant calls from them which was very supporting i would not hesitate using them again ❤️”
