“From the start to the finish I received a top quality service From my first contact when I was not my best the kind thoughtful service I received was outstanding. There were difficulties from the start and the customer service was so supportive so thoughtful I have no hesitation in recommending this company as a first class service.”

“From taking out a policy years ago for a friend I can honestly only give excellent feedback. The people I spoke to and the smooth running of everything was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend Pure Cremation would like to thank Lee and everyone I had communication with.”

“Pure Cremation was what my mother had chosen several years before she passed away and so it was with some trepidation that I made contact when she passed. The colleague at the contact centre was the ideal mix of professionalism, calmness and supportiveness which is im itself impressive at 1.30am! My Mum was collected within 2 hours by two very nice gentlemen, who were equally supportive; my Mum was handled with complete dignity. The experience following this up to her committal was excellent; colleagues at the contact centre were excellent in all regards. Finally, the delivery of the ashes was exactly as planned and a very nice lady handed them to me. This may be a trivial point but the vehicles used were very clean and all staff wore appropriate uniform; just a good touch really. It's strange writing a review of an undertaker but my experience was excellent and it's good to see that we have alternatives to the Victorian legacy of dealing with this aspect of life. My experience means that I would recommend Pure Cremation without hesitation if it is what you want for a loved one.”

“From our first call to Pure we spoke to Kingsley who was respectful and answered our queries, basically holding our hand, putting us at ease. it was good to have one person as contact albeit if Kingsley was not available others would support.”

“Very kind, sympathetic staff, understanding of your feelings, helpful and patient. I have sadly lost both my parents and we have used Pure Cremation for them both, their service is excellent. All the staff are lovely to speak to and their communication is brilliant. Everything went smoothly with minimum fuss which helps with the emotional process.”

“Pure Cremation is an exemplary service at a time when this is so needed. I felt confident that my late wife’s body was being looked after in a respectful, caring way and it really mattered to me that there was a facility for me to be able to choose music and send a message in my own voice for her as she was cremated. They kept me informed at key times and overall, during what is indubitably the worst time of my life, I wasn’t needing to chase up anything, as is so often the case elsewhere. The tone of the people who phoned me was warm and respectful ,which is so important at this time, and again, is quite often not the case when having to deal with the plethora of administrative tasks that are necessary at the worst of times. Overall, I would very much recommend this company when your loved one dies, if this is the version you want.”

“Pure cremation were compassionate and kept us informed. Very dignified. Only thing I would suggest is that the person who wants the pure cremation nominates a family member/friend that Pure cremation can talk to about the process beforehand because I found it all very strange. Would have been good to discuss it with my dad before he passed because I'm pretty sure he didn't know what it entailed. Doubt he knew he'd be going to Andover and that no-one was allowed to attend unless they paid for it.”

When someone buys a Pure plan, they can nominate someone to be the person we should talk to about arrangements, however, it would be down to the plan holder to provide this information to us either at the time of setting up the plan or at a later date. At Pure Cremation we are always open and upfront about what our services include, as transparency is key to allowing loved ones to make well-informed decisions. “My Husband and I had wonderful help and full information from Chris Pike at Pure Cremation last week, nothing was too much trouble,he went above and beyond. Our full paperwork came this morning too. It's totally the best decision we made,we only have our State pension,and live in rented accommodation,it has given us great peace of mind and at SUCH an affordable price too. Thank you.”
