“Apart from the bad timing of advertising special offers for £50 off at such a sensitive time, and I don't know what you could do about it given that you are a private business, the actual service, and the responses over the phone were faultless. “I dealt with Gail at the Scottish branch of Pure Cremations ( East Kilbride ) who helped me arrange the direct cremation of my husband with empathy & dignity. Ian who brought my husbands ashes back to me was professional in his role. I would totally recommend this service .”

“It was my mums choice to use Pure Cremation, . . after seeing the advertisment on TV, . . so i booked it all on her behalf, . .a nice friendly call handler took all the details, . . when my mum passed, . . i then contacted Pure Cremation, . . the call handler was really compassionate, . & very helpful, . . with all the instructions, . . i needed to follow, . . right up to the return of mums ashes, . . a great service, ..”

“Mum passed suddenly and had said she wanted PC . Amazing sevice .They took over which left me time to grieve . No one likes or wants to arrange a funeral. I have told so many people about PC and have informed my family it's what I also would like.”

“Brilliant service, my Mum is 80 and my Dad was 88 when he died Feb 25. Pure Cremation responded quickly even though it was Sunday morning and true to their word, took care of everything with the care home. They made it easy for my Mum during this difficult time and even called us on the day the cremation took place to indicate he would be cremated that afternoon. A week or so after they told us the delivery date and a window for delivery of the ashes and a lovely man turned up in car to give us the box. Very caring, supportive and kind which is exactly what you need. No fuss no complications and I would highly recommend them”

“Pure cremation was very easy to deal with from first contact ,taking out the policy all the way through the process to receiving the ashes back . Courteous compassionate staff .We were kept well informed and felt it had all been handled with dignity and care”
