“Excellent and thoughtful service, all done in a timely and efficient manner. If anyone was searching for a truly family oriented service which did not include the ceremony of traditional funerals which can so easily become irrelevant and unrelated to your loved one; then I recommend Pure Cremation so you can celebrate their lives in your Family's own unique way.”

“I thought the whole process took ages, even though I was kept informed all the way. Did get ashes back before the 3 week they told me, which was brilliant. Was supposed to be phoned the morning of delivery, I wasn't. Lady was very apologetic. I know there are procedures n paperwork to be passed about, so we just have to be patient.”

“Every one I had discussions with were always very polite and caring. Everything I was told would happen worked like clockwork. All my thanks to everyone in your organisation. My only disappointment is that the ashes were delivered in a contaner, which seemed very harsh. An urn would be more appreciated if that could have happened.”

It has been an honour to support you both at such a difficult time and lovely to hear that our care made things a little easier for you. We have carefully chosen the ashes container for strength and green credentials, as well as a design that can accommodate our unique ceramic identity disc. Every family has the option to send an alternative urn and we are happy to place the ashes in their chosen container prior to return. Best wishes, Mia

“I am very disappointed in Pure Cremation as things didn't go well from the start. Firstly it has taken from 25th October to 18th November for the process to be sorted. Definitey not straight forward or stress free. From the first phone call communication was poor at best and felt very scripted. First thing I was told was the outstanding balance on the plan had to be paid before anything could be done. Which seemed rather harsh when you are coming to terms with losing a loved one. Documents sent by docusign with authorisations to release the body did not arrive back to Pure Cremation even though I received a message confirming the document had been sent. This caused delays making arrangements for my partners body to be released for collection from hospital. 3 weeks later we are still waiting for an update as at this point I had no idea where my partner was; if he had been collected from hospital, when the committal was due to take place. If they could not contact me by phone it was not followed up by email or text. 7th November, they realised the hospital would not accept docusign authorisations but required an original document with an original signature so another delay. The young lady who finally brought my partner home was lovely and very sympathetic to the fact she was bringing home a loved one. Maybe I was just unlucky as so many people have received the experience that was sold to them.”

“Everyone was very compassionate from start to finish. I had a number of phone calls keeping me updated from a lady/ladies who were very sympathetic. The guy who delivered the ashes was lovely and made sure I was ok before he left.”

“The service from Pure Cremation was very good and kept me informed of all stages of my late wife's journey. The only criticism, I have we arrange a pass word to stop the emotional stress but the oppitive refused use it so it increased the emotional stress.”

“My Mum died in hospital, The day before I went for the death certificate and Got the green form certificate for cremation, I phoned Pure Creation to start the process & paid, from start of collecting Mum/ from the hospital to getting the Ashes the team has been 100% caring & supportive & letting me know by phone each step of the way, Thank you.”
