“From day 1 of calling pure cremations they have been great, Rachel kept me informed about dad's cremation even down to the day he was cremated. A lovely lady called Emma hand delivered dad with the up most respect. Great service thank you for caring for our dad 💔”

“I wrote an email to Kirsty following my dad's death: My dad's ashes were returned this evening. I want to thank you personally for your kindness and compassion and I hope that you appreciate just how amazing I think you are. I spoke to you the day dad died. I was numb and exhausted when we spoke. You were kind and patient. You sorted out what needed to be done and you told me not to worry. Every time I spoke to you, you were lovely. You had it all in hand and tonight, less than a week after the cremation, dad's ashes are home. If I could give you a medal I would. Thank you with all of my heart for easing my grief with your professionalism and kindness.”

“Would not recommend. Unfortunately this company let us down at every opportunity and I think they rely on the deceased not having any family that care, so they can do as they please on a timescale that’s suits themselves.”

“Amazing service, from day 1 of calling pure cremations they have been kind and sensitive, Rachel has kept me informed about dads9 journey with them even down to the day dad was cremated and his return home. A lovely lady called Emma brought dad home and was very respectful. Amazing service from pure cremations. Thank you”

“I chose Pure Cremation to look after my partner as he had explicit wishes for a cremation only funeral. I had already heard good feedback about Pure Cremation from my work in a hospice. I found all the information I needed on the website and was able to navigate this easily. All the staff that I had dealings with were professional, compassionate and respectful and kept me informed and updated throughout the process.”

“If you wish to have a no frills, straightforward, smoothly run cremation this is the one for you. Highly recommend it takes all the pressure off at this upsetting time I will be buying this plan in the future for myself. All the staff were very professional and kind. Thank you”
