“My husband had expressed his wishes for a simple funeral, with minimal fuss and expense. We contacted pure cremations late at night but they we absolutely amazing from 1st contact right through to the delivery of his ashes very respectful, calm and experienced in guiding us through what was a very difficult time, they kept us in formed with minimal intrusion for our family,”

“Very efficient, very reasonably priced, absolutely takes the ease away from funeral arrangements especially for people in their golden years that wouldn’t have as many friends around to attend such events. The staff were always empathetic and professional on the phone. 100% would recommend this service”

“From the first phone call to the kind gentleman who delivered my mums ashes I cannot fault them. The kindness and care they showed was amazing My dad passed in March and we used another company who were useless compared to Pure Even the crematorium won awards and received a letter from them to say they planted a tree for mum Seriously if you want the best go for Pure Cremation”

“From the very first person I spoke with (Tracy) to just get some initial info to the person who eventually dealt with our case (Kingsly) and all the people in between, we couldn't have asked for more or had a better service. Everyone was so kind and we as a family were kept informed at every step. The cremation was carried out on November 29th and the ashes were hand-delivered to us by a lovely guy called Rick on December 6th. They made a very upsetting time in our life just that little bit easier and we thank them for it. I cannot recommend Pure Cremation enough to help you through the toughest time in anyone's life.”

“We saw the advert on the tv about Pure Cremation and thought they would be a good system for us. We initially contacted them and they were very thorough giving us all the information we needed. We eventually set up the system paid the bill and sat back knowing it was there when needed. Sadly 18 months later my mother passed away and straight away their procedure jumped in, We received phone calls checking in with us to make sure we understood what and when things were happening and generally being very sympathetic answering any questions that we had. There was a delay to mother being cremated because the nursing home Dr hadn't filled in the correct information and I must say the Pure Cremation staff were amazing chasing up the correct forms and keeping in touch with us informing us to what was happened. When eventually the cremation took place the staff phoned us again checking in with us and making sure we were as happy as we could be under the circumstances. Arrangements were then made to have the ashes delivered to my brother and that procedure was done very tastefully. Thank you Pure Cremation for making this as painless and smooth as possible.”

“We have been hugely impressed with every single person we have dealt with at Pure Cremation. We decided we wanted to have a separate and joyful celebration of Dad’s life, without the sadness of the actual cremation. Everything worked perfectly, including our private attendance of the cremation in London. The staff are very kind and respectful and everything went exactly according to plan, including the recent delivery of Dad’s ashes. Can’t recommend highly enough.”
