“Used pure cremation following the passing of my father following his wishes. Service was good however let down on 2 things. Took ages to get through to someone had to wait 20 minutes to speak to someone. Also i received a call advising when my dad’s ashes would be returned but had trouble hearing the person due to someone laughing loudly in the background which I found hugely disrespectful.”

“My dad chose Pure cremation. As a family we were not sure we agreed but it was dads choice. However everyone at pure cremation were very caring, helpful and professional and kept us informed of everything.”

“The Pure Cremation service took away the pressure and stress of the occasion and allowed the family to focus on celebrating the life of a loved one in their own time. The Team’s communication throughout was timely and kept me informed at all stages. The return of the ashes was dignified and well handled. A happy and joyous gathering was held to celebrate a life without the solemnity of a religious service.”

“From start to finish I received compassionate and professional service at all times. At such a difficult time the staff especially Rebecca made this process as stress free as possible, dealing with all my requests and answering any questions and concerns. The cremation was so personal and perfect for what he would have wanted. As a family we can’t thank everyone enough x I have spoken so highly about our experience with Pure Cremations that two friends have already each booked pre planned packages.”
