“After loosing my mum we opted for a pure cremation, so glad we did as the customer service was excellent . Each staff member I spoke to was kind and showed empathy, every step of the way, including the lady who brought mums ashes home”

“From my first phone call to put a cremation plan in place to arranging to have my mothers ashes returned I found everyone friendly compassionate and efficient. I would definitely be putting a plan in place for myself in the future.”

“I would like to thank everyone at Pure Cremation for the care and respect shown to my family and I following the death of our mum. A combination of kindness, care, support and understanding made an incredibly difficult time more bearable. Every person I spoke to or saw in person showed respect, consideration and understanding. The family attended the committal at Charlton Park, which was beautiful, private and in wonderful surroundings. The whole experience has given the whole family the confidence to recommend Pure Cremation to family and friends. Thank you all for your kindness and support”

“During my initial conversation, I requested that some of the ashes were put into two separate pouches, which I was told would be done. When I was called to tell me Dad had been cremated, I asked again to make sure and I was told that there was no note on his file to say I wanted this, however, I was told again that it would be done. I now have the ashes and what I asked for on two occasions has not been done, it's not like I was asking much, very poor.”

I will look into this personally and ask a member of staff to contact you about the best way to achieve a dignified division of the ashes as originally requested. We strive hard to ensure that we meet each family's needs and I share your disappointment that our staff failed to live up to our standards. “When my brother passed away in April, from the 1st call right up to the delivery of his ashes service was exceptional. I was so impressed that I took a Pure cremation plan for myself!”

“I was very happy with the standard of high class that I've got from pure cremations for my mum's funeral arrangements I would recommend them to anyone who was thinking of doing this for their funeral very polite and very understanding had no problem at all all and every was handled in very professional way”

“I have nothing but praise for the way every aspect of the service was delivered. From the respect and dignity displayed by the staff that came to collect the deceased, to the way the office staff and my designated contact kept me fully informed at every stage of the process right through to the timely delivery of the ashes. There was one major issue that was entirely out of the hands of Pure Cremation which could have caused a lot of upset, yet they made sure it was resolved without any fuss or causing any further upset. For anybody looking for a simple, dignified, fuss-free service then look no further.”

“Excellent. Mostly anyway. We had a very silly doctor that confirmed the death. Apparently, there was nothing to do, everything is electronic these days. WRONG. The death still needs to be registered. Not the fault of Pure Cremation, but perhaps a step by step guide, would be beneficial? Constant emails from Pure Cremation, regarding a "Green Form" were pretty annoying. The Registrar is the person that sends this and NOT the customer. Quite good overall, but the company needs to address the fact, we do not know all the facts regarding funerals, as we mostly are not in the industry?. An obvious lack of training regarding the said form. Other than that, it should be a simple 5 stars. The undertaker was out, on Good Friday!, in an hour; after the doctor's visit. Very impressive.”

“From the first contact to the return of my Dad’s ashes I cannot recommend Pure Cremation enough. Thank you for the amazing service you provided with such sensitivity. My sister and myself were kept informed of every stage of the arrangements and every person we spoke to never made us feel rushed and dealt with everything with such compassion and sensitivity. On the day my Dad was returned I was contacted as promised 20 minutes before he arrived. Steve who delivered my Dad was so lovely and did not make me feel rushed at all. Thank you Pure Cremation an exemplary service by all and it was much appreciated.”

“I really needed so much someone help me with the procedure of losing your husband . My husband did I not want a fuss and we agreed to pure cremation This was the right decision and I also would join my husband the same way so We can be together. What wonderful staff they helped me and the family through The worse time in my life. We had been married 50 years but my husband did not make I will always remember the help and love given to me and my husband Thankyou so much Pure Cremation I will always have really good memories”

“I was very glad that I chose Pure Cremation Ltd. They handled everything from start to finish, lovely staff who were quietly sympathetic. A very nice and caring young man brought the ashes to my home. I was informed of every move that was required which was very reassuring. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company.”

“My brother chose pure cremation to take the stress away from me (next of kin ) in organising his funeral ect the service that pure cremation gave was absolutely brilliant communication was 10/10 nothing was to much trouble I would recommend anyone who wants a trouble free and dignified cremation please contact these wonderful people”
