“From my first inquiry to the delivery of my husbands ashes I couldn't have asked for a more professional, sensitive and helpful service from Pure Cremations. There was no stress attached to the whole procedure and for that I'm very grateful.”

“Pure Cremation have been excellent every step of the way. Emails and phone calls to keep me advised of the next moves. I was also able to contact a member of the team with any questions. On the day arranged with me for delivery of my stepmothers ashes, the lovely Pat arrived and stayed with me to chat for 30 minutes, which was very comforting for me. Thank you all for your professionalism and care. Highly recommended.”

“My brother died unexpectedly and I was pressurised to make extremely swift arrangements for collection of the body. I was aware of Pure Cremation and, as my brother had no religious beliefs whatsoever, decided it would be more appropriate than a traditional funeral undertaker. I was still in a state of shock when I phoned Pure Creamation, but the person I spoke to could not have been more professional, sympathetic and helpful when explaining the service provided to check that I wanted to proceed, taking the information required, explaining the process and giving me a direct contact number in case I had any other questions.Given the nature of the service being provided, I was pleasantly surprised at how speedily everything was arranged. I was kept informed at each stage of the process and, once the cremation had taken place, contacted to arrange a convenient date for the return of my brother's ashes. The person who returned the ashes was equally professional and dignified . I would have no hesitation in recommending Pure Cremation .”

“I had reservations about this service but it was what my Dad wanted us to use. It did feel a bit impersonal at times in the two weeks before the service, and I wasn't able to dress my Dad in the clothes I wanted too, but we attended the crematorium in Andover and the setting was lovely. It was clear that my Dad had been treated with dignity and care and the coffin that he was in was far nicer than I was expecting. If we had wanted to, we could have held an informal service for my Dad but in the end, us three siblings sat, listened to songs and shared memories during the 20 minutes we had with him. It's not a traditonal service, but I can see why this is becoming very popular.”
