“This is a wonderful service that really works. From the initial phone call to actually having to use the service, it was seamless in its efficiency and support. I was kept informed and I felt supported throughout the process. Every person I dealt with was kind, understanding and efficient. Excellent job all round. Thank you PC”

“When my beloved wife passed away I was left in a state of shock, but as soon as I contacted Pure Cremation Ltd, late in the evening of her passing the whole process leading up to to return of her ashes to our home was handled with the most care and consideration that I could wish for, I was kept informed of the process throughout all with the upmost kindness. Pure Cremation know their business and carry it out with total professonal care.”

“From the first call to come and care for my wife the process was dignified and considerate. There were several phone calls to finalise arrangements. My wife's ashes now reside with our daughter.”

“From the start to finish everything was straight forward. Pure Cremation were in touch along the way to say how things were progressing. Finally my father's ashes were delivered in person. I've actually bought a plan for myself as it saves not just money but heartache for my family. It saves all the waiting for dates for this and that and I also want this for my family too.”

“When we needed the help of your colleagues the call was made late afternoon they rallied around to get a team to come to our home to collect our Father, they traveled for approximately 4 hours and all the while we was kept update with there progress, they arrived and quickly and respectfly dealt with Dad, They took him to there vehicle and once placed in the vechile they closed the door and respectfully boowed. Thought the whole process they kept us up to date with what was happening.”

“I cannot let you know how pleased I was with the service from pure cremation I didn’t feel alone because they were there at the end of the phone for anything that I needed to ask And also I felt like they were really looking after me and my dad who was being cremated. I can never thank you enough to the lady that looked after us just on the end of the phone if we needed her for that I thank you ever so much.”
