“I found the staff that dealt with me where very kind, caring,understanding about the difficulty of losing a loved one, very professional. It was alot simpler to do than I thought it would be, and I don't like to say this but I really think it was value for money. The staff kept me informed with every step, and the staff hand deliver your loved ones to your home , in a very tasteful pretty box. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend Pure cremation.”

“Everythink was explained to me, each step of the way. All staff were kind & Curtis's. All went smoothly & my husbands ashes where delivered to me personally. Thank you Pure Cremations.”

“I was very impressed by thus company. My mother died recently and had chosen them to deal with her cremation and deliver ashes to me. Very thoughtful and professional staff which kept me well in the loop and made things so easy. An excellent choice of crematorium was chosen which was a lovely place for her final goodbye.”

“I recently spoke with Zac over the phone regarding setting up a funeral plan, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the very beginning, Zac was incredibly polite, patient, and professional. He took the time to really listen to what I wanted and walked me through all the available options without any pressure. We discussed everything from the type of service I’d prefer to how the payment plans work, and he explained everything clearly and thoroughly. It was comforting to speak with someone who genuinely cared and made the whole process feel much less overwhelming. Planning ahead like this gives me real peace of mind, knowing that when the time comes, my family won’t have to worry about the financial or emotional burden of making those arrangements. I feel confident that I’ve made the right choice — and that’s thanks in large part to Zac’s guidance and support. Highly recommend speaking with him if you’re considering making funeral arrangements in advance.”

“I cannot recommend Pure Cremation highly enough for anyone considering a direct cremation. From first point of contact through to the actual cremation and delivery to home of my dad's ashes, all the staff were extremely kind, respectful and courteous at what is a very emotional time. The process and paperwork is also very easy to manage and you have a personal and direct contact point at all times should you need any assistance or support.”

“Compassionate caring thoughtful helpful When my mum died and I made that phone call, the help and compassion I received was amazing, when they came to get my mum I didn't want her to go but they were gentle and took their time talking with me and my family, they treated mum with respect and gave us time so we were ready to let her go, then later we were kept informed of all details with so much consideration. On the day my mum was returned to me it was very emotional and the lovely lady who brought my mum home sat with me and helped me through it and I'm so grateful for the warm she gave me and from everyone from Pure Cremation. Thank you for treating my mum with dignity and respect and for being patient and understanding with me. If I had any questions there was always someone to help but you never felt anything was being rushed they went at your pace in a very calm and friendly manner.”

“My mother chose Pure Cremation for her final journey. I resisted initially, thinking a more traditional approach was what she really wanted. I’m so glad she insisted on Pure Cremation. From start to finish your service is sensitive, kind, and efficient. Every member of the Pire Cremation Team was wonderful. You communicated really well, you did exactly what you said you would. At no time did I wonder what was happening next. I’d like to thank you. At this difficult time, you were wonderful. I’d highly recommend Pure Cremation.”

“As an executor of a family friend who passed away recently I was extremely pleased with the service from Pure Cremation from initially informing them of the death right through to the ashes being delivered to me.
