“The service provided by all staff members I had contact with was extremely good. All steps were reliabley organised and completed. No complaints from me only congratulations in making a very sad event easy to cope with. Thank you”

“When I read the fantastic reviews I thought that they were exaggerated but how wrong I was, from first contact to the arrival of my mothers ashes they were so sensitive and attentive they took away all the stress and anxiety by organising everything I would without hesitation recommend them to everyone Thank you all so very much for all your help and support James Glover”

“We chose pure cremation for my mum as that was what she said she wanted, great customer service from start to finish, my sister lives in America and wanted to take a small portion of mums ashes home with her, for just a little extra charge pure cremation were able to prepare an extra little urn along with certificate so she would be able to get mum through customs, the date we were given for mums return was after my sister would have had to return home, after a short conversation with pure cremation they managed to change the date so it was possible for my sister to take mum some of mum home with her, they go above and beyond not only for the person in their care but also for the family, I can’t thank them enough, by knowing my mum was safe in their hands made this awful experience about easier for us to bare, thank you to everyone involved from start to finish, I will definitely recommend”

“I didn't know what to expect when I arranged a pure cremation for my brother, but from start to finish everyone i have been in contact with have been amazing. So compassionate, sincere & sensitive to our sudden bereavement. I was kept upto date with everything that was happening. The young girl who delivered my brothers ashes was lovely, ready at hand to give me a hug when I got a bit emotional. She was certainly made for this job. So, on behalf of my family & myself thank you so much ”

“This was mine and my Husband's first time dealing with a funeral/ cremation. We contacted Pure Cremation following the passing of my Father-in-law. Debbie was the first lady we spoke to and she was lovely, she talked us through everything, including next steps and what to expect. The communication from Pure Cremation throughout the whole process has been spot on and they made us feel at ease the whole time. I would strongly recommend Pure Cremation based on our experience. Everything was dealt with professionally and with great empathy. We have now had my Father-in-laws ashes returned by hand and the lady who returned him home was lovely and comforting. The urn that he is in is lovely and Pure Cremations have made this whole process easy and taken a massive weight off. Thank you for everything.”
