“Excellent service with a truly caring attitude from all staff from the telephonist at first at first contact. To the team personal carer that kept me informed throughout my husbands journey. To Paul who brought him home to Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such loving care of my soul mate.”

“After my dad passed away suddenly we rang pure cremation as this was his wish and staff were really professional and friendly. We felt that throughout the process communication was lost with me having to ring them on a number of occasions. My mum emailed and was rang back and spoke to Sarah who reassured us of what was happening and could not apologise enough for the lack of communication. My dads ashes are now back at home with us as per prior arrangement. Although a few small issues with communication I would recommend pure cremation as an easy process without the stress. Thank you”

“From start to finish we were looked after extremely efficiently but also in a friendly & compassionate manner. The undertakers went above & beyond by honouring Mum (a WW2 Veteran) with a Poppy wreath. They asked if this was acceptable to the family & this was an gesture we will never forget. Very many thanks to everyone concerned.”

“My Mother.passed-away on the 05/01/2022, I Chose your Company on the recommendation of a close friend who”s Mother passed-away a few day”a before my Mother - I am relieved I did! “1st time i have used pure cremations and have been very pleased with the way they handled my wifes cremation...the service was excellent as was the follow up...i would not hesitate to recommend pure cremations...”

“Hi my dad decided on pure cremation so that the family didn’t have to worry after his death. Everyone I spoke to were very helpful at all times. Dad was delivered back to me daughter after he was cremated. The best thing about it was it wasn’t expensive with all the fuss of a normal funeral, which can cost thousands. I would recommend it for my self.”

“I would recommend Pure Cremation to everyone. At a difficult time, they dealt with everything with sensitivity and professionalism throughout. The process was simple and their staff rang me at every stage to explain what was happening. It was a real comfort to know when my late mother had been collected and was in their care and all of the staff I dealt with, were kind and patient throughout. Thank you Pure Cremation.”
