“At a very difficult time I felt reassured with all the interaction with you. Everything that you say you provide was provided. Every member of your team was caring and sensitive and I felt safe using your service throughout from first contact to receiving my wife’s ashes.”

“This is the most helpful and respectful company I have ever dealt with regarding a death. They kept me informed throughout the entire process of commital and returning of ashes. The Hand Delivery service of my loved one was so respectful and they gave me everything I needed to be able to give my loved one the scattering they deserve. I cannot give them a rating except I will say they are absolutely Superb at what they do”

“The team at pure cremations made a very difficult time for myself and family easier to cope with. From the very first call showing kindness and patience, The communication was exceptional they called me when they collected her and had her in there care they called me with her committal date and also the date they would be returning my mums ashes back home. I would definitely recommend pure cremations. The day they returned my mums ashes back to me the man showed”

“Losing a loved one is never easy, but coping with the immediate aftermath of when someone initially dies, is difficult, painful, and all consuming. Thankfully we had chosen Pure Cremations to assist us with those first few hours and days of losing our father. Professional, sympathetic, and understanding, Pure Cremations collected our father (albeit late in the evening), and with reverence and dignity, looked after him until his cremation. His ashes were returned to us, in an equally decorus manner. Thank you for taking such good care of our beloved father.”

“We didn't have a Pure Cremation plan but had meant to get one. My husband died in a nursing home in the middle of the night and I was able to contact them immediately, arrange collection of his body and pay for the service in one half-hour long call with a bright compassionate and clear-speaking representative. Everything happened as was promised in the call znd I received informative e-mails all through the process. The ashes were brought home by a lovely, uniformed representative of the company. She was compassionate and didn't rush me when I was speaking about Alan. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pure Cremation to anyone in need of such a service.”
