“I took out a pure cremation on Tuesday 3rd feb 2026 the lady TiA did everything I asked and more it’s because of her I took the plan out I’m so happy because I explained to her I don’t like fuss or talking about it please can I just pay and be left knowing pure cremation has me covered what a lady to talk to she explained all to me 100/ cent as I told her I will not be thinking of changing my mind the reviews I’ve read are 100/ cent good the company I trust 100/ cent seeing it on tv also talking down my local pub with mates so please take my advice go for it what more can I say but TiA thank you and god bless Peter child’s Norfolk”

“From start to finish the team were professional, knowledgeable and quietly sympathetic. On the day mum's ashes were returned to me I was really impressed with how your staff presented themselves. From arriving in the time window arranged to exceptionally well polished shoes. Thank you all.”

“My brother recently passed and had chose pure cremation.i really didn't know what to expect they rang about half hour before they arrive so I could prepare myself. They were very patient with me and give me as much time I needed to say goodbye and everything was what I wanted giving me options at each stage of them taking him even to walk to the van with him . I never felt I was being rushed at any point and they were so respectful of myself and my brother. Thank you for your wonderful staff.”

“Really pleased with the service and staff throughout what is a very emotional and traumatic process. From the first phone call through to the delivery of my father's ashes staff were sympathetic, helpful and just nice. Would highly recommend and plan on booking it for myself!”

“Pure cremation was an company my mother in law choose and I can't fault them. All interactions with the company were good and professional. From the first contact to the ashes being delivered to my door, all staff were kind, compassionate and thoughtful. We would definitely recommend pure cremation. “It was my father’s wishes to have a pure cremation, to start with I struggled with this as I felt I wouldn’t be able to say goodbye properly. Pure cremation do have an option of either attended or unattended cremation, we went with unattended as that’s what my dad wanted. I have to say from collection of my dad, to cremation and delivery I was informed every single step of the way. Every person that phoned me from pure cremation was always so compassionate and kind and I truly did appreciate that, right down to the lady who delivered my fathers ashes back to me, she phoned in the morning to give me a more up to date time frame, and I felt she was very kind and considerate, she took the time to go through all the information I would need such as how to open the urn for scattering. I asked pure cremation if they could put some of my dads ashes in a separate pouch for me as I’d like to have a ring made and didn’t like the thought of separating them myself and they did that for me no problem. They all really are very good at what they do and for that I am very grateful.”
