“The service levels are excellent. From 1st phone call right through to the end and receiving my Mums ashes went like clockwork. nothing was too much trouble. The staff are understanding, polite and very helpful. Overall, a very pleasant experience at such a sad time”

“My wife and I both have a pure cremation plan. When my dad became ill he asked me to explain the plan to him. After doing so he said it was what he wanted. When dad passed and I informed pure Cremation they took control and organised everything, keeping me informed regularly. My dad passed in a care home. The staff there commented to me on how impressed they were by the people who collected dad. They showed so much compassion and respect, even knocking on his door and speaking to him when they entered his room. I cannot thank pure cremation enough for helping us through such a difficult time”

“My father stated in his will he did not want a funeral but just a cremation. He had not made any arrangements for this. I phoned Pure Cremations and they were extremely helpful at a very distressing time for us. They kept us up to date with everything. Both my husband and I will be using Pure Cremations when our time comes.”

“We used Pure Cremation recently following the death of our father. First class service from start to finish, from taking out the plan through to the return of my father's ashes. Sympathetic, empathetic, and knowledgable staff who couldn't do enough to help. Would definitely recommend.”

“When I recently retired I took a Pure Cremation Plan as I didn't want my family to have to deal with a funeral after I had died. This was very easy to do and as I preferred to speak to someone in person rather than online I called and spoke to Tracy who was fantastic. Tracy went through everything in plain English and made sure I understood everything - Great service and I agreed and paid for my plan there and then. A few months later when I was telling my Mum about it she decided that she would like to do the same. Again I phoned and specifically asked for Tracy and again she was brilliant. Sadly just less than a year after setting my Mum's plan up she died after a fall and other health complications. I called Pure and just as advertised it all went very smoothly. I was treated very kindly and respectfully and they brought my Mum's ashes to me at home last week by a lovely kind man called Andrew. I cannot praise this service enough, it took so much pressure off at such a sad time. I would definitely reccomend this service to my family and friends. Thank you Pure and your lovely staff.”

“Can’t express how helpful all the staff at Pure Cremation have been. Everyone was so respectful to me and my late mum they treated her as a person not a number. They kept me fully informed throughout the whole process and continuously checked on the families wishes. Highly recommend them.”
