“I found Pure Cremation very helpful, sympathetic And respectful over the handling of my mother in laws funeral. It also gave a insight into what to expect has we have also both paid to be supported Pure Cremation Thank you very much Pamela”

“I wanted to thank everyone for their professionalism, care and support dealing with my mums’ recent passing. Gail was always one step ahead sorting out any issues or delays, not caused by Pure Cremation, and made the whole process less stressful, which was very much appreciated as I have never had to deal with a family death before. I intend to sort my own funeral out with Pure Cremation in the near future. Thanks again to everyone I’ve spoken to.”

“Pure Cremation staff were very caring to the families needs, and always spoke softly and sincerely. Throughout the procedures, we were kept informed about Mum. Mum was returned to us very dignefied, and the Casket explained as to how to scatter and the procedure to follow, if scattering aboard. Thank you Pure Cremeation for caring for Mum, we all appreciated it.”

“I was recently in the uneviable position of finding out that one of my longest known friends had unexpectidly passed away, and did I know that I was the exegutor of his will? Which I didnt. Thankfully, he had already completed his cremation package, with Pure Cremations, which I am glad that he had, which eased the burden a little of sorting out the rest of his estate. I had never been in this position or knowing what I had to do, but after making a call, everything was much simpler. I can honestly say, that dealing with Molly made things so much easier for me, which is somethng I will always be grateful to her for. She was kind, considerate, extremely compasionate. I honestly cant say enough superlatives to praise her (and Pure cremations) for what she done and guiding me through the process - she was a shining star for me, in a very dark time. Whether on the phone, or via email, I was in direct contact with one person, who knew me and my friend. I cant comprhend doing a job like this and the personal skills which it takes to do this as a job, so I take my hat off to you Molly, you truly are a special person, and I cant thank you enough for you what you done, helping me in my time of need.”

“The phone call to pure cremation when my mom passed was the first contact I had with them, from the beginning I was overwhelmed with their compassion and professionalism in looking after mom. They took care of her from the hospital, right through to bringing her ashes back to me in person and kept me informed every step of the way. I have nothing but praise and gratitude for how they looked after mom and myself.”

“Pure Cremations are extremely good. Not only do they keep you updated with events as they happen, but their follow-up team are good, too. Audrey came with my husband's ashes and she stayed with me, not rushing off, although she had a very long journey in front of her. She stayed for a lovely chat, just to make sure I was alright. “Pure cremation were very efficient, empathetic and easy to deal with at a time which was very difficult for us, mum had passed away and Dad was in hospital so unfortunately I had to make the arrangements. Pure Cremation took over and their help was invaluable. Everything was taken care of speedily and efficiently.”

“Following the recent death of my father, Pure Cremation was available immediately to speak to, even though it was 12 o'clock on New's Year Eve. They arrived when they said they would and was extremely helpful and professional when taking my father from the house. They contacted me regularly throughout the process to my father's committal and returning of the ashes.”

“Although not everyone agrees with no fuss good byes, We carried out my Sisters wishes with pure cremation and I have to say myself and my family were very impressed with the polite,caring and efficient manner the whole issue was dealt with from start to finish. Would highly recommend to those not wanting a fuss.”
